Genesis replaced some of my old outside lighting, and added new fixtures to several trees, and in my back yard. I was very pleased with the results of how they added more light to various in my huge backyard. They were pretty punctual and reasonable on price. Service afterwards when a bulb burned out, etc., they were quick to respond to fix it for me. I would recommend them!

Love Genesis! They have taken care of all of my landscape needs for more than 10 years -- maintenance, landscape design, stone patio redesign, brick walk design, concrete driveway and all of the implementation. The owner has even been to my house on a Sunday for an emergency. I'm writing this review because I just sold my house the second day it was listed, and a BIG THANKS goes to Genesis.

After reading the review below from Walter K. I still wanted to give a try with this company. My experience is even worse. First, I sent an email message for an estimate from their web page, I got no response. Then I called, I was lucky to get to talk to a man, and he said he will meet me on the following Monday. But, he didn't show up. I called him and left a message.
Since then, I haven't heard anything from him. Revision: I got a phone call back after this review. He apologized for the late response. But, I found someone else already. I still give him credit for calling me back.

Had a minor dispute with the office manager over a billing situation. The owner himself actually called me to straighten it out and was very polite and professional. His willingness to take time to make a personal phone call means he really cares about his business and he satisfaction of his customers. Thank you Mr. Hall.

I called them for an estimate on yard services for my house. It took them two weeks just to call me back out of the blue to schedule a time to meet with me about the yard, never mind get an estimate. The delay was so long that I was able to get another estimate and an entire yard service before they even called me back. If you are going to use them, be aware it may take a while for a response from them.

I am so impressed with this company. My yard was full of weeds and one year later it is a very nice looking grassy yard. They have addressed any/all concerns I have/had in a very timely manner. They are kind people who keep their word. Dave who does the spraying really listens and gives suggestions on the most economical and successful path to take. This company gets my "thumbs up" for recommendations!

I am ashamed that it's taken me so long to write this review. Last summer one of the owners (I believe his name was Richard) came out to go over some problems we were having with our grass. We noticed water coming out of our electrical box. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what was going on. Even helping me check for leaks. He was so nice and I appreciated all the help he gave me. I will happily recommend them.

I just want to thank you for your professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor on the landscape maintenance of my home. Your technician was very thorough in his inspection. He informed me that the yellow leaves on my plants were due to fungus infections. We reprogrammed the sprinkler system. I feel very strongly that my lawn is in good hands.

I hope you will read this! After my bad experience with the last company I am more than grateful when I found you. It was amazing how fast you changed everything and made my yard looking perfect. I am sorry cause at the beginning I didn't trust you enough but it was not because of you, but I was disappointed by the last company. Now I can surely tell that I trust you 100% and you are company which people can count.
