Great service, very attentive. I ordered the Wagyu ribeye, it was cooked to my liking. My date ordered the tomahawk which was so good! We also had the asparagus which was cooked perfectly, however, it was way too peppery for my taste. I do appreciate seasoning but the pepper was overpowering and all I could taste. Everything else was delicious. I would go back, and I would recommend it.

We concluded our week in the Dallas area with dinner at Fearing's in The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Dean Fearing is known as the "Father of Southwestern Cuisine" and his dishes feature gulf seafood and wild game. We started with cocktails and I finally found a restaurant in the Dallas area with 1908 Empress gin so I had to have an Empress gin & tonic. This is one of my favorite gins, for its clean taste and unique coloration.
I ordered a bottle of 2018 Chateau Gloria, a wine from St. Julien (Bordeaux). Perhaps needing a few more years of maturation, it was silky, with a lot of fruit after opening up in the glass. We were served an amuse bouche on a spoon; I didn't hear what it was. a small piece of toast with something piped on. whatever it was, it was delicious. My co-worker and I split the Southwest Sampler comprised of jumbo lump crab cakes, BBQ short rib enchilada and crispy lobster tacos.
Each bite of heaven was accompanied by a sauce or topping (Chipotle Crema, Chorizo Queso and Avocado relish). Wow, if this is the appetizer, what will an entree taste like? Two had the "must have" Dean's Tortilla soup, it looked scrumptious! I'm not certain what the other dish was; it was a salad that could have served as a main dish and looked so appealing.
I had the Achiote Glazed Broken Arrow Ranch Nilgai Antelope, featuring a Mole Rojo and a braised rabbit enchilada. If there is game on the menu; I'm in and this featured two. the antelope was so tender and flavorful and the rabbit was. I wanted more! Others ordered the Peppercorn Soaked Buffalo Tenderloin, Pan Seared Eastern Shore Sea Scallops, BBQ Spiced Beef Filet and Chicken Fried Maine Lobster, Pan Seared Dry Aged Rohan Duck Breast and the Nova Scotia Halibut.
Every dish was a work of art, visually and taste-wise. A palate cleansing scoop of sorbet followed and some ordered dessert, including an interesting take on bread pudding. banana pudding with mini Beignets. I opted to finish my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, good but not quite rich enough for me. What did I / we think? This was the best meal we had in Dallas and topped off our trip in a big way. If you're in the area, Fearing's Restaurant is a "must do". I don't understand why the Yelp rating is only 4 stars; it's 5-plus for me. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I went for our third anniversary to treat ourselves, and it's not the kind of place we usually go to. We're usually more casual diners, and I'm sure the staff could tell. But they were extremely kind to us, and nobody was rude and we got congratulated by at least three or four different staff members for our anniversary.
Not even to mention the food, which was absolutely amazing. I've never done fine dining before but this was an amazing entrance to it. My bf and I will most likely make this an anniversary tradition. They also gave us a little cake for our anniversary on the house which was so sweet and thoughtful.

This was definitely an amazing dining experience. We were treated well from the beginning to the end. Our server Eduardo was awesome! He made sure that were were all set throughout our time there. The level of attention to even the smallest detail was a really impressive factor. The food was undoubtedly some of the best cuisines I've ever had. The steaks were made to perfection. We had a wonderful night here.

I came to Fearing's by myself to celebrate my birthday after another well known restaurant cancel my reservation on a very short notice. Lucky me, because my experience was nothing more than exceptional. Food and service were top notch. Jesse made sure that I had great experience pairing wine with his recommendations for food. The tortilla soup is definitely a must have to start. For main I had the steak and lobster and it was excellent. If you a looking for a special dinner experience I highly recommend you to check Fearing's.

We had breakfast at Fearings, it was everything I expected, and more! Food was amazing! Our waitress and staff were on point. They made the breakfast special for me and my family. Management introduced themselves, and were very friendly, but didn't try too hard. I live in Utah, and this breakfast was better than anything we have in Utah. Great job, highly recommended! Great atmosphere, clean, and very professional.

Food is amazing! Came here for early Christmas dinner date with my husband last night and it was great. Their filet steak was to die for. I would say better than Nick & Sam. All the dishes we tried were very good and service was very good. For the appetizer we got fried oysters and lobster taco- oyster was still good but I think i prefer raw more, taco was really nice but wish there was more lobster in it.
But the sauce of taco was very nice. Buffalo steak was tender soft with strong flavor, honestly tasted like a soft jerky haha still good but other steak(with the maine lobster) was just way too good. For the dessert we got banana pudding- what a wonderful way to have banana pudding hahaha loved it so much! Oh and their complimentary breads are so good too. I loved it! Overall, amazing experience and will definitely come back.

By far, one of the best meals I've ever had. Like I would fly back to Dallas just to eat here again. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Last meal status. Staff and service was wonderful. Chef Fearing was warm and welcoming, he stopped by our table a few times to talk about the dishes which was so great. The open kitchen was fun to watch from our table. I could not have been more pleased. I will absolutely be back. Thank you for an extraordinary meal!

We at Deerfield's Channel 4, the local TV access station, wish to express our thanks fo a project well done. The technicians sent to assist us and do the installation, were superb. They installed the cameras in such a way that blend in extremly well with the environment. They elected not to take short-cuts and took into consideration ideas from the Deerfield staff.

I am writing to thank you for your faithful service to our congregation. Chris Hackbart and the Fearing's team did a great job for us. We are very satisfied with everything. From the get go Chris was willing to work with us and listen to what we wanted and needed. He also recognized our budget limitations. We thank you very much for giving us a good deal.

I am writing to convey how impressed I am with the service, sales, and installation that Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation recently received from Fearing's Electronic Systems. The home office of Wisconsin Reinsurance (WRC) is located in Madison WI and was built in 1994. In that time, we have had several different security and access control systems installed in our building.
