Majestic Custom Homes

We have built several homes with semi-custom and custom home builders. Each time we learn a little more about the process and how to really tailor it to suit our needs. The last one with Majestic Home here in Colorado Springs netted us exactly what we were looking for. Of course the process at times could be a bit overwhelming and not everything always goes to plan.

All things considered we are very happy with the home and the level of engagement we had received from both Toni and John (Majestic owners). For privacy reasons not going to share a photo of the house here but it is kinda a cool one. Nice rancher with a 6-car RV garage. Really offers us the amenities we really wanted and a level of uniqueness in our community.

I would look to both Toni and John if we were again looking to change out our place. We actually learned a lot from them through the development and warranty period of the home building process. Home building is both a big financial transaction as well as an emotional engagement. It is tough on both sides of the equation so having great communication, erring on the side of fact based decisions/resolutions and putting as much in clear, concise writing helps make the process much smoother. If you are looking for a higher end home we do not think you would go wrong with Majestic

We can take a breather now and just reflect on how much faith and trust we put in you and the reputation of Majestic Custom Homes. It was all worth it. Your reputation for being ethical, professional and kind preceded you. We found it to be true. We came to you after losing our home and everything we owned during the Waldo Canyon Fires of June, 2012.

My wife and I want to thank you for the wonderful home you built for us in Flying Horse. We love every room in the house! We have been amazed at our low utility bills and the energy efficiency of the home. Also, it was so great to work with your staff. They were always helpful when we had questions. Again, thanks for building us a great home.

Our new home is everything we hoped for. We always look forward to coming home to it in the evening!

Majestic already included all the features we were looking for, even things that would have been upgrades if we had gone with another builder! And, we loved the flexibility they gave us with adapting our floor plan to suit our needs.

We didn't think we'd ever find a builder who could make a floor plan work for our extended family, but Toni and John did it. and we all love our home!
