We had a great experience with Accent Deck. Our friend's deck was built by Accent Deck and we had always admired his. We spoke with several decking companies as part of our research process, but ultimately went with Accent Deck because James the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful about both the design and materials surrounding building decks.
We were pretty sure we wanted an ipe wood deck, but James was happy to give us a sense of the pros and cons of both real and composite wood. We ultimately went with ipe and it turned out beautifully. Photos attached of it before and after we recently sealed it. The Accent Deck team was reliable and had amazing craftsmanship. If you are looking for a high quality deck and a great partner in your process, I cannot recommend Accent enough!

James and his crew are professional, friendly, and very courteous. They are willing to work with you on your ideas, as well as steer you through potential problem areas. Also flexible enough to make on-site modifications as needed. Leave a very clean jobsite. James built my first deck for me, and has done some modifications to it over time. After 20 years, it was just time for an update and I didn't hesitate to call James yet again.

He understands customer service whereas most companies today have forgotten what it is or don't care. We have had two separate projects completed by James and one of his crew. The workmanship is quality at a fair price. They pay attention to details. The crews are always professional in their work and communication. The area was thoroughly cleaned afterwards each time.

Accent Deck Design did an awesome job building my pergola. We later decided to rebuild our deck and what amazing job how they tied it into to the rest of our house. My nephew also had a pergola built and our neighbor loved his work so much he did a major remodel on his entire pool area. I would highly recommend James and his crew.

We had a great experience with James and his crew. I started with my own rough idea of what I wanted for my deck but they provided a few comps of some other things we could do and it was a great improvement. The guys on the crew were extremely nice and did fantastic work. They talked me through each stage when I had questions or wanted to modify minor things during the build.
