We had lots of problems since the roof went on-poor workmanship in places where attention to detail is important, problems compounded by unpleasant interactions with the salesperson who quoted the roof, guess he didn't care about customer service once the invoice was paid. Open ends to gutters after gutter helmet installed allowed birds to nest in the gutters within days, and open corners at the edge of the roof might allow access to bats.
Why did I have to argue about fixing this? That at least got fixed, along with the downspouts that weren't cleaned out beforehand as promised, though one downspout still isn't draining quite right. Edging on small flat roof areas looks terrible, slightly improved by a second visit, but still there are issues. Today I noticed the 'fix' on one edge is now an entrance to a new wasp nest. Fantastic.
As pleasant as the owner has been, 'making things right' isn't really possible when some of the initial work was so poorly done. Do I believe that my expensive roof won't start leaking in a year or two? Not really. What can't I see that wasn't done properly?

Bradley was here today on time very professional assess a leaky roof situation then he fixed it without overcharging the man is fair and I will certainly call him again in the future and highly recommend him. It is also very nice to call a construction company have someone pick up the phone and set an appointment up it's highly unusual I've spent the entire day before just trying to get someone to set an appointment up

CS Roofing has done 2 jobs for us so far and we are very pleased. We started out with them doing a major repair for us and now we are using them to replace our old shingles with steel roofing. Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with our new roof. We liked the price, were very happy with the work ethic of the crew and pleased with the quality of the finished roof. As a gardener, I was particularly relieved to find that not one plant had been damaged - quite an accomplishment.
