"I really love building the traditional looking homes with a lot of details- the more details, the better, " says Mike, Owner of Keystone Builders, Inc. "Generally, someone who wants the ultra modern lookings homes will not find them in my portfolio.We seem to do a lot of Prairie and Victorian styled homes and we want them to look as good on the outside as they do on the inside." This specific design works perfectly for the custom lake homes he has built for clients through the years, some of which can be found on Coldwater Lake, Lake James, Clear Lake, Lake George, Crooked Lake, and Adams Lake.

Keystone Builder's commercial portfolio incudes an extensive apartment complex remodeling project. Forty buildings in 144 units were involved requiring new roofs, furnaces, windows, doors, and insulation. We started in December and finished in early April, but the great thing was that the residents never moved out while we compelted the work.

Thank you very much for the wall hanging of Coldwater Lake. It is going up on the wall of the side hallway where it will be seen. We love our new home and take pride in telling people who built it.
