This is an UPDATE: first I would like to Apologize to Jeff Goldman for my last review. I was upset not getting a proposal bid in a timely manner, not knowing he had gotten COVID. Jeff came back out to our house to rebid on account we made some changes to what we wanted. He got us rebid proposal that night. We plan on working with him on this project. Will give another UPDATE when the project is complete. Again sorry Jeff.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The owner, Jeffrey, met me at both of my properties around my schedule. The pricing was a little more than some of my quotes but was still fair. The quality was beyond my expectations! Great service, great quality! I would recommend them to all of my friends!

Patios By B&B installed a $6K patio cover at my home. The installation crew was excellent and the completed job appears to be excellent and we could not be happier about our decision to install the patio cover. During the City's final inspection a procedural issue arose but the business owner, Jeffrey, has taken the time to explain current inspection procedures and I can see that the business is employing best practices. So for me, choosing Patios By B&B for this job has been a win-win for both substance and procedure!

I was very excited when I went to their show room. The owner came by that day we set up an appointment. He was late for the appointment took three calls during the appointment and as he was leaving got on his phone again said he would have the quote by the end of that week. I did not hear from them. no quote has been received. I reached out to inquire, said the quote was coming. has been three weeks now. no phone call no quote.

If you want talented trades people on your project, then these are the folks you want to hire. From the minute you ask for a quote, Jeff is there and Greg, project manger, are on it. We had fencing, pavers and Trellis completed. Each project proved to be completed exceptionally. Neighbors would walk by and stop and comment on how beautiful the work was on the pavers.

The projects went off without a hitch and then when it came time to final these projects out B and B made sure everything was perfect. Honestly, we feel very lucky to have used B and B. Selecting contractors can be stressful and you can question yourself as to did we hire the right people. Let me tell you all, we HIRED THE RIGHT PEOPLE. Thank you to all of the crews and to Jeff and Greg for making our homes exterior the most beautiful on the block.

Jeff and his team are professional and always gets the job done efficiently and properly. They created my outdoor patio and overall hardscaping about 7 years ago and we still love it as much as we did then. They also just recently finished regrouting and resealing my backyard pavers (for maintenance purposes) and they did a terrific job! Jeff and his team of hard workers are always a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to use this company. Great quality work!

I can't say enough good things about Jeff, Greg and the rest of the Patios by B &B team and crews. I was completely redesigning my backyard with a pool, decking etc. And I encountered the team after my landscaper had ruined a retaining wall. It was a nightmare. After a considerable amount of money spent with my landscaper already, Jeff arrived, consulted on the project, recommended a few solves and not only replaced the retaining wall, but further completed a beautiful formed concrete and artificial grass patio on top of pouring concrete along the side of my house.

They were extremely reasonable for pricing and I never felt like I was being nickel and dimed. The work is flawless and I felt taken care of. His crews were on time, detailed oriented, friendly, efficient and did masterful work. They even fixed a few other stucco issues they didn't create. All this while in the throws of major price fluctuations in the industry I was kept whole.

I am SO LUCKY to have found them. My backyard is one of bliss. And I have Jeff and team to thank. I'm definitely going to have them do more work when I need it. Please consider them for a multitude of projects. You WILL not be disappointed.

We could not have been more impressed with the process from start to finish. The level of professionalism and expertise were off the charts. After dealing with the worst contractors we will never work with anyone except Patios by B&B. Do yourself a favor don't take the cheap way out of your investment (your house) and go with this company. They are amazing!

Five years ago I had a gorgeous patio constructed by Patios by B and B, along with a front and a back porch, French doors and pavers throughout. We love our outdoor living room and have gotten countless compliments from family and friends. The last rainstorm, I noticed a little leak where the patio meets the porch and I called Jeff to ask for a service call to fix the leak.

He sent someone out within a couple days and made the repair. When I contacted Jeff to pay the service bill, he said "no charge." I was pleasantly surprised but then remembered how professional and friendly they were during construction. This is how they operate! A rare thing nowadays. You will never find a better company to beautify your home and improve your outdoor living space than Patios by B and B. Thanks Jeff and your amazing crew!

This company was such a pleasure to work with. The owner, Jeff, is friendly, available to answer any and all questions, offers suggestions and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. No detail was overlooked. EVERY work crew was professional, courteous, clean, very talented and always on time. I wanted a flagstone patio in a particular stone and I was met at a stone yard and given assistance to make my choice.

It turned out to be exactly what I had pictured. All aspects of our job were done to perfection. The quality of the patio is outstanding and is such a beautiful addition to our backyard. I can't recommend this company highly enough. The reviews are glowing because this company is a class act. Look no further!

Asked for an estimate. Owner came to our house and spent over an hour discussing patio project. Left saying we'd receive an official quote by email. NEVER RECEIVED IT! What a waste of our time. And not calling him to beg him for a quote so we can give him business. If he can't send a quote, imagine how hard he'd find it to actually get the job done if we gave it to him.

.I loved that a supervisor was often directing the installers. The installers did not have to guess about what they were doing next. I love that they were neat and clean. They covered the spa, the pavers, and the windows before they started disassembling our old patio cover. They also did not leave trash in the yard or in the spa when they were finished, the yard looked great.

I loved that they went out of their way to please us. I was unhappy with the lights that we bought for them to install. I didn't notice that the color did not go with the patio until after they had finished installing them. They took our lights down and brought, new, perfect lights the next day, for no extra cost. We would definitely use them again, and we would definitely recommend them for others. Bill and Barbara

Attention to detail was the first attribute that really stuck out - we were presented with well thought out options that others hadn't even touched on. We worked directly with the owner (Jeff) and you can tell he cares about his craft. Second thing that really impressed us was the professionalism of the crew that came to install. The cleanliness and quickness was something we were not used too!

Overall we were more than satisfied and recommend anyone looking to Upgrade their home to reach out to Patio's by B&B for a consultation. They are an A+ in our book. Hope this helps someone!

I do not write too many of these reviews but I was so impressed by the work that B&B did on my new patio cover that I feel compelled to post this message: The "buying process" - they were super accommodating helping us design, quote, and settle on what is was we needed. As we went through various iterations there was never any pressure or concerns.

The final price - I suspect that the final price we paid for everything (large patio cover, new pavers) was higher than I might have paid from others but the quality and professionalism more than made up the difference. The team always cleaned up after themselves. The team drove to a hard deadline and did everything in their power to meet that deadline.

Attention to detail - let me give you one quick example of the quality mindedness of this company. The work was complete and we were doing our final walk-though with Jeff. I told him I was completely satisfied but there were two things that were not 100% perfect and would he mind if I showed him so he could pass it on to his crew. One of the items was the finish work on some drywall where the texture did not match.

As I was going to show it to him, he saw the flaw and said something to the effect that it was completely unacceptable and that he would get a crew out to replace the drywall and retexturize the area, this without my having even pointed it out yet. I would highly recommend B&B for any construction project.

We have been considering a patio cover for sometime but it was one of those projects that always got postponed. Finally we decided 2020 would be the year of the patio, well little did we know it would be the year of the pandemic! We decided, we are staying home and our house is our entertainment, so let's go for it. We met with Jeff who patiently explained all of our options and we decided on a lattice cover.

The process proceeded with an excellent crew that took all of the necessary precautions (masks, social distancing, etc.) and we had an amazing patio built in a couple days! The cover is beautiful, the workmanship is professional, and we can't wait to enjoy our much cooler outdoor space.

This review has been a long time coming. My first good experience with Patios By B&B was the fixture of my patio posts. I was happy with their work, so I asked Jeff if his team could replace my outdoor drain since it was clogged with tree roots. Some time had passed (maybe a couple of weeks) until I called Jeff to see if he could schedule his team to come and repair my outdoor drain.

I called him on a Friday morning, and his team came in the next morning where they completed the project in just two days. I'm very happy with Patios By B&B and I hope to use them in the near future for other projects. I recommend them without hesitation.

We just got our patio structure installed in the timely manner the Jeff quoted. He knew his product and never pushed us to do anything beyond our comfort level. I LOVE no pressure sales. Once we made our decision, he was right on it. The structure was finished today, during the pandemic, and done very well. We even had a change at the last minute and the installer adjusted with us to make it EXACTLY what we wanted. Thank you, also for cleaning up each day. You made the purchase, installation and final adjustment easy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

What can I say besides these guys are the best. We first met Jeff about 5 years ago. Though we were not ready at the time to move forward, Jeff left a lasting impression with us. At no time did we feel pressured and he was completely patient while we decided. Fast forward to last year and we went forward with the pavers to beautify our backyard. Since getting these, we have spent so much more time in the backyard.

During the process Jeff even found a local customer who had the same pavers and he arranged with her to allow us to come and see the product actually installed. Today we met with him again to get a quote for a patio cover to finish our backyard. If you're looking for a very good company in all ways, look no further.

We had a poorly installed patio cover that needed to be detached from our roof. Jeff from Patios by B&B came by to inspect our job and within a few minutes, he had a solution. He not only managed to detach our patio while keeping the height we wanted, he also improved it by reinforcing the structure & removing a beam that obstructed the view to our pool. His team was prompt, clean, and efficient and they finished the job without a hitch. We will definitely be contacting Jeff for future yard improvements.

After several quotes we decided to go with Patios by B&B. Jeff is very charismatic and will work with your budget to get you the backyard you want! He priced several options out for us and spent the necessary time to help us design and feel comfortable with our decisions. We now have beautiful pavers, and an amazing patio cover. We went with a fully covered option and love how it all turned out!

We had our patio cover installed and we love it! Jeff was very personable. He met our deadline, even though the rain was coming! Fast, professional, great prices and a BEAUTIFUL patio! It completes our backyard and is absolutely stunning looking.

Patios by B&B are currently open by Appointment Only. This was a true convenience as we are under construction and they were so accommodating. Jeff, the owner has been very attentive to details and will make additional recommendations to even better your dream back yard. His customer service is spot on and returns calls and texts immediately. I highly recommend that if you are shopping around as my husband and I did, stop and just go directly to them.

Great customer service, great quality of products and extra detailed designs for your plan approvals. Patios By B&B handles all city permits and association approvals. This seamless process has reduced my stress tremendously. Jeffs crew are hard working and he brings in the Big Guns/equipment to get the job done efficiently as we know the neighbors love us during construction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just finished building a new home in San Clemente and we needed a cover over our outdoor kitchen. Called a few local company's and got bids. B & B bid the job as well. Paul who is the owner of B&B came out and gave me the bid which was priced in the middle but seemed much more professional and knowledgeable. We decided to go with B&B and now that the cover is completed we are very happy we did so.

They were on time everyday and the job was finished ahead of time. Paul couldn't have been nicer or more professional. His crew was great and very friendly. You can't go wrong with B&B. Thanks Paul.

This review is long overdue, but also glad I waited to post. We did a major backyard and front yard renovation last summer/fall. The project took about 5 months total and had the typical up's and down's of a construction project, but at the end of the project we LOVE how are backyard looks! Jeff is very friendly and great with details. He really knows his stuff.

After less than a year, we had a couple areas that needed touch ups and Jeff had the team come back to "make it right". Overall we would recommend Patios by B&B for your patio cover, concrete, built-in kitchen, or landscaping needs (big or small).

I am so happy with my patio cover. Paul did an excellent job with the design. The crew Jose, Carlos and Javier did an excellent job of putting it up. The went out of their way to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy with their work.

The project was actually completed ahead of schedule! When does that ever happen? We are already thinking about phase 2 of our backyard project and we won't hesitate to use Patios by B&B again.

It's been two years since B&B built our patio cover and this review is overdue. They said what they would do, they did it and we love our new backyard. This was a large custom-built cover and it's strong enough to hold solar panels and the men that installed them. We had five companies visit our home to prepare estimates so we did our homework. I am a picky person - a contractor myself - and they followed through on every promise, written and verbal. Everybody who visits our home asks where we got it and we tell them "B&B Patios in Tustin!" PS We live in Long Beach

Want to add photos of my back yard after a recent rain. I was told a lot of the cost of my yard work was for drainage. As you can see, I paid a lot of money for something that isn't working well at all. Before I had this done, I had a swimming pool for over thirty years and never had one problem with my drainage Jeff has contacted me and has someone scheduled to come out and see if there is a blockage.

Appreciate his prompt response to this issue. Will update their finding. Jeff to the rescue! Had a crew here within a day. They resolved blockage within several hours. Rained very hard today and drainage was excellent. Can't thank him enough. Want to add a star to my initial review of several years ago. Very important to me to find that Jeff stands behind his work.

The best contractor ever for attending to your outdoor patio needs, and enclosed rooms: Jeff Goldman! Jeff is True to his word! There was never any surprise, everything was on the contract! Excellent service-start to finish. And the Finish is stunning!

The installation and workmanship is excellent. They (your crew) arrived promptly, worked efficiently, moved and protected the flower pots, chairs, table, etc. in the way of their work area without even being asked to.

Paul (Owner) & his crew really exceeded my expectations & delivered an amazing final product. The fit and finish is superb, with ALL the small details taken care of.
