4 years ago i had a portion of my property professionally fenced by outdoor fence co. It is amazing! When i needed to install the remainder, outdoor fence was there and ready with a fair estimate, timely installation during their busy season, and sent the most wonderful team to install, repair, and complete my project! They came quickly to give me a quote for my damaged fence from the ice storm. Quote seemed extremely high. Hired but will have to wait 8 to 10 weeks for product to be installed. Same issue when I orginally had the fence installed in 2018. Very long wait time each and every time they worked on my fence. Did a nice job with installation originally

This company is very professional! They are busy because they are good but they work very hard to get you scheduled regardless and didn't hesitate to shift things around when I had a urgent need. This recent job was not as urgent but they still work with you to get you in ASAP. Very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things thoroughly. You don't feel like they are trying to rush off to the next job. Will highly recommend them to anyone who needs work and will definitely continue to use them whenever I need them.

I can't speak for the kind of job they do as I didn't hire them after their astronomical quote. I have a very small back yard. A new cedar fence from them was going to cost me 9600.00.

These guys were AMAZING! We have a self storage facility in NE Salem and they have built and installed our custom gates. Last week, I called them because we found a huge hole had been sliced in our chain link exterior fence in the back corner behind a shaggy tree. Security breach! They got a crew out the very next day to repair the hole (way better than our zip ties!) and honestly that section of our fence now looks Brand New!

You would never know it had ever been sliced - I can't even tell where they repaired it, it's so good. They were on time, professional, and speedy. Will definitely call them again next time!

This company, service technicians in particular, Great! When you call with an issue they work as hard as they can to get you scheduled right away. This is my second time using them (two different homes with vehicle gates) and they do not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and they take the time to fix your problem and explain the process. They do not try to fix things that don't need fixing. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them whenever needed.

Ryan did an outstanding job of getting every thing set up for my cedar two rail fence for my new home in Lincoln City, Oregon; which included, the measuring, placement, and layout and the city requirements that needed to be met. His crew that did the installation job, Dan and Quentin, were great to work with and did a outstanding job installing it and making sure that it placed correctly and looked good.

Outdoor Fence just completed our backyard fence. Hats off to the installers for their quality work. They made sure they understood what fence design we were interested in. As we have dogs in the backyard, we wanted a well built fence without any escape routes and level on top for good looks. The guys showed us how that could be done, including how the fence would connect at either end to completely enclose the yard.

The completed fence is solid and the guys left the job site free of any work debris. They were very pleasant to work with and competed the work as timely as promised. I would hire them again.

Outdoor Fence worked with us to create a unique fence for our home. Everything was done to our specifications and especially to our satisfaction. I have posted two photos: Before and after we stained it a dark charcoal. I highly recommend Outdoor Fence for their quality and professionalism.

I asked for a fence that matched my neighbors. I did not get one even close. Its a nice fence but not what I wanted and not worth the hassle it took to get it. UPDATE - Outdoor Fence came back out and took my fence down and put it back up the way it was supposed to be. It looks great now. I appreciate that they reached out after this review and made if better.

Great experience. Estimator, office staff, and installers were all very helpful, nice, and professional. Estimate came in much lower than competitors. Beautiful wood fence! Would recommend to anyone.

Understand that my experiences with this company extend over 18 years and personnel change in that time. The first job I gave them was a chain-link fence. It separates me from a city park, and I wanted a semi-industrial installation, so I specified posts at 6' spacing, with post depth 30" or more. I wasn't watching the two guys who showed up and they installed the posts at an 8' spacing and went down 24".

I called the owner and he came out in person and pulled the posts out of the green concrete. The abashed installers took it well and finally gave me a good fence, even taking the truck back to the shop to get heavier hardware that satisfied their sense of integrity. Would probably give three stars for that job---based on final results. Later a neighbor's shared line with me needed a new fence so we used this company again. Cedar slats, pressure-treated posts, and untreated doug fir (species uncertain) rails.

That fence fell over in 10 years; it could have been the perched water table---or it could have been cheapo posts. When I took it apart---the installers used staples to fasten the slats, and I could, even when the fence was new, knock the slats loose with a hand blow---I found the installers used greenhead 8d nails into the pressure-treated posts.

The portion of the nails inside the post was heavily corroded and close to failure. Before that fence failed and wised me up, I had this company install a fence for a girlfriend. The owner's son was the estimator and he was a caustic, uncooperative individual. I don't think fast on my feet and should have ordered him off the property---but we got another one or two-star fence. They'll get no more business from me.

We truly love our new custom made wrought iron railing on our front porch and stairs! It's well designed and installed very securely! It takes several weeks to complete, the cost is high, but installation and finished product is very satisfactory. The freshly painted porch was badly scratched, during instillation- don't know if that could have been avoided. Maybe having blankets or tarps laid down would have made the difference. the crew was great to work with however, and payment plan was helpful!

I would never recommend this "professional" fence company. Originally the latch was put on the outside of the gate! The builder said it couldn't go on the inside. The cuts were rough and uneven. It took threats of non-payment to have them return the next day with the supervisor. It is still seriously sub-par but I won't have them back for fear of worse things.

One of the nut heads is completely stripped out and already rusted after just one week. Please hire a twelve year old.you will get it done just as well for a fraction of the cost.

Horrible! Want decorative front yard fence. They try to sell me a prefab wrought iron fence. The reason.it's easier to install! Looking elsewhere.

There was every possibility that it could have looked jagged and unattractive--but it turned out beautiful. We've had lots of comments on how incredible the fence looks as it angles up the hillside. Outdoor Fence Company went above and beyond--and it shows!
