I was really hoping to leave a better review. The website said texting was quicker so I texted for an estimate, provided my name and address per the request. I waited a few days and messaged again to see if they'd come by for the estimate they apologized and gave me a price if the grass wasn't out of control or overly grown-which means to me that no one specifically drove by. I told the person I spoke with that I'd like to schedule anyway and they gave me a date and no one ever showed up so we just went with another company.

I've used Lawn Care of Killeen since I moved here in November 2019 and never had any complaints. They are great, professional and do an amazing job with my lawn. The reason for the two stars is after they recently serviced my lawn in March, I tried reaching out to them on April 10 and multiple times after that via phone, text and website to have them service my lawn and put me on their schedule. l NEVER received a response despite all of my inquiries and attempts.
They are usually responsive and professional but lately they have not been. I was really disappointed with their lack of response and ended up going with another company since my lawn was getting out of control. Would've been nice if they responded even if they were unable to provide services.

The lawn care of Killeen did such an excellent job on my yard. The short white guy that has an accent that doesn't match his appearance Max did such a great job. If y'all ever get your grass cut by this company be sure to ask for MAX. Great services and done quickly. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Max has worked 4 us 4 over 2 years. Today we had him trim and mow at our farm. Donna Bobby Norton, Norton's automotive is our tenant and being evicted. Read Norton's reviews to get an idea of the Norton's. I was with Max the whole time and zero damage was done to Norton's "clients". This slander has been reported to Google and our attorneys prosecuting the Norton's.

Genuinely kind and great service. Walter was very courteous and easy to work with right off the bat. You can tell he's dedicated to providing his customers with quality lawn care. He and his associate took care of the front lawn and the backyard. He was knowledgeable about the kind of plants that were growing in my yard and gave great lawn care advice as well.

After calling multiple companies that said they would come out but never showed, I finally called JW. I wish I would have called them first. They were very nice, very punctual and did an amazing job on my overgrown and very messy lawn. They mowed, edged, trimmed the hedges, sprayed the weeds and cleaned everything up! The prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent.

I'm absolutely ecstatic with the work JW Lawn Care did for me. These guys are awesome. They saved me countless of hours had I done the work myself. Not only did they answer my phone call on the first try, but they also came out to quote my yard and accomplished the work on the same day. My yard looks so much more presentable than it has ever looked before.
