My father had a mouse issue and I reached out to Jim for help. Jim was informative and didn't try to oversell me any services. He took a proactive approach to help us and showed us what we could do on our own. Most companies would have charged for this. I live in a 115 year old house so mice are a constant issue. I've had numerous companies come over to the house and Jim is the first guy that actually worked to fill the holes. All others laid down bait and only temporarily fixed the problem. His prices are more than reasonable. So glad I found Ohio Pest Pro. Super professional and very friendly. I'll never call anyone else!

Jim is AMAZING at pest control! We had two other big pest companies try to get rid of our pest issues, and the ants/stinkbugs and occasional mouse kept coming back. The other 2 companies said the ants will always be there. Jim came and after the first time, we never saw an ant again in our home. That was over a year ago. The mice are gone and stink bugs are no longer a problem.

Jim was absolutely OUTSTANDING! We have been having ant issues every summer.this summer there was a smaller ant that was coming for my dogs food. I called Jim and he gave me directions on what to do before he was even able to come out. When he came he found issues I did not even know about! Outside/inside of my house, he knew the tell tale signs of anything going on.he sprayed the house then a couple weeks later come back and sprayed again.because my mom hired a carpet cleaning company to wash all the tiles spur of the moment! Very friendly and very knowledgeable.one of the best in the area! I would not go to anyone else but Jim! Gave my entire family a peaceful night's sleep for once

I noticed that I had yellow jackets in my upstairs room in early October, dead & live ones. Jim Davis responded to my call very quickly. He came out the next day, located the entry point outside between the siding & roof, and determined the nest was inside the siding, & they were making their way in through small openings around the cold air return & crawl space/attic. Ugh!
He used two methods of treatment, fog & dust, & in full protective gear! Jim is extremely knowledgeable & explained in detail the process, & answered all of my questions. He offers preventive-treatments & I will certainly be calling him back in early Spring! I highly recommend Jim Davis & Ohio Pest Pro!

Jim did a terrific job for us spraying for wasps and other bugs around our house. He was on time and professional. He had a lot of knowledge about what he does. His price was average to a little above others I had used before. But I would hire him again and recommend him. Had Jim out again for an issue I thought we had nesting wasps after his spraying a month and a half ago. Turns out it wasn't.
He was super professional and on time. Very impressed with Jim and his attention to detail. His work is great, shows up when he says and returns calls quickly. And he is a super nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone with any hesitation.

I found a semi-large hornets nest (at least to me) while weeding. It blended in with our fence, and the neighbors ivy was covering it-I immediately called Jim and he was very responsive. He came out a couple of hours later and not only treated the nest but actually removed it as well. He also gave us recommendations of how to avoid future nesting next year and advised us to give it about 4 days before approaching the area-- as hornets who were out when the nest was destroyed will linger or come back looking for it! Jim was so professional, knowledgeable, and quick.
His charge was also very reasonable-of which he was upfront with before he came out to do the service. He also asked first before anything else if anyone was stung -which shows he truly cares about his customers. We will definitely be calling him in the future for any pest issues!

My partner got stung by a yellow jacket at 1:30 am woke her out of a sound sleep, turns out them buggers were eating through the dry wall in the closet. I called Jim at 10:00 am the next day he was out to the house by 4:00 pm and had the nest taken care of with in 15 mins, he was very knowledgeable, considerate and efficient. Being in the service industry myself I felt that $85.00 was very reasonable to do what he did. We will be using him on a quarterly basis to keep the pest out of our home. Thanks again

Never in my life did I think we would get bed bugs. Sure enough my son brought them home from who knows where. By the time we noticed what was going on they had invaded my entire house. As shown in my pictures, we had a bit of a bee problem. ground nesting yellow jackets to be exact. I thought a can of stuff from the local big box store would take care of the problem but I think it was like air freshener to them. Once I was on my second can, and both my nephew and I got stung, I knew it was time to get a professional. After getting a few quotes (at astronomical prices) I decided on Ohio Pest Pro. He happens to stop by on a rainy day which was good because most of the bees were "home" that day. After he pulled the soccer ball sized nest out of the ground, I realized I never had a chance. My service was great! I had small ants coming into my house & everything I used from stores was not stopping them. So I called Ohio Pest Pro to come & see the problem & the service was so wonderful & the ants are now gone! The person who came to my house was so courteous & knowledgeable about plants, animals, & the critters.

I usually don't write reviews of pest control companies but feel the need to write this one. Over the past 20 years I've used several different pest control companies mainly for ant issues. This year I not only had small ants showing up in almost every room but also had mice in my basement and attic.

I needed a termite inspection as a requirement for a refinance mortgage. Jim made accommodations to work around my schedule and meet me on a weekend, short notice. Jim was very experience, informed and skilled at pest control. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and what types of termites were the most common in our area. Luckily he didn't find any evidence of termites.
I felt comfortable that Jim wasn't trying to "upsell" us on other services that we didn't need. I felt comfortable with Jim in my home and didn't feel like I had to watch him as he inspected. Overall I was very pleased with Ohio Pest Pro and I would highly recommend this company and Jim to others.

I own several local Cleveland area businesses. Two are award winning restaurants. For over four years we battled roaches at one of our prime locations. I was fortunate to find Jim Davis of Ohio Pest Pro when my 90-year-old mother-in-law had a wasp infestation in a tree stump. He quickly responded and took care of the problem that very evening.
