Cabinet Boy

We hired Jereme and his team at builder boy to be the GC on our extensive remodel pictured below. We had him do most everything on job which included gutting the structure down to the studs, reconfiguring the floor plan, adding structural reinforcements to create an open floor plan, re-wiring and plumbing the 5 unit complex, insulating it, installing shear paneling, stucco from scratch, and all the finish work.

His professionalism, communication, and timeliness was refreshing in this day and age. Considering the high demand for general contractors today and the price gouging going on due to the low supply we were ecstatic to be able to find a GC who was able to provide high-quality customer service and an exceptional finished product. Our family would like to thank Jereme and the builder boy family for all their hard work and dedication to the job.

I know we kept changing plans, finishes, and pretty much everything on you guys constantly but you kept your cool and never complained. Thank you again and we look forward to using your services again in the future.

This is a reply to the comment you made on my first review. No I used my different name. I left my name, email and phone number and a little note where I drew the vanity that I want along with the dimensions. I called the person I talked to at the store a hundred times. It's either she changed her number the next day or just didn't want to answer calls.

I left voicemails as well! When I was at the store she quoted me $1,000 for a bath vanity. Then she told me she was going to email me the detailed qoute. I waited for days. Did i hear back from her? NEVER. But now no thank you, flamingo cabinets already did our custom vanity for a way cheaper price and just how we liked it. I would NEVER recommend your business to anyone.

I contacted Builder Boy after hearing about them from a friend. We were remodeling our kitchen, and while we wanted to do much of it on our own, we did want a professional to come in and redo our cabinets. So great to work with!

I called the Builder Boy crew out to remodel my master bathroom in April. Nathalie had designed my bathroom. She had provided me with multiple options and ideas for cabinets and tiling. She had constructed ample amount of drawings and designs that were helpful in visualizing the space too. If it weren't for her I don't know what I would do.

From start to finish, our experience with Cabinet Boy was superlative. Beril, the personable and professional project manager, was actually able to bid our kitchen cabinet refinishing with digital pictures. Their bid was more then fair and the quality of the work product is outstanding. Never did they attempt to upsell us for additional work, while at the same time we welcomed their creative suggestions.

Their in-home team (including Robert, Eddie, and Francisco) was extremely competent, considerate, respectful and ever available to address any issue that came up. Friends and family are amazed at the difference in our kitchen and the quality of the work. I strongly recommend Cabinet Boy be included in companies to be considered for your improvement project.

Wow is all I can say! knew refinishing cabinets would have a dramatic effect but I had no idea how perfect their work would be. You would never know they used to be brown, boring cabinets. Highly, highly recommend. They know their stuff!

Awesome customer service and very quick response to my questions and concerns I had during my re-model. Quality craftsmanship; something you would take pride in putting your name on. Made the whole process a breeze and stress free. From beginning to end I was at ease and reassured my assumptions were correct when I could see the final product.

I hired Builder Boy for a room addition about 2 years ago. Not only were they on time, efficient and reasonably priced, but they fixed a mistake that my previous contractor made (with no charge!). I have referred them to several friends and they have all had positive experiences. I would absolutley recommend this company.

I found Builder Boy on Yelp when my contractor that was working on our room addition skipped out on the last step: stucco work. Super glad I found them. Kenny came out and gave us an estimate right away (within a few days). Work was scheduled as soon as I signed the contract.

We were looking to reface our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Given how expensive cabinet refacing is, we were really bracing ourselves for a high estimate. Nathalie came by and gave us an estimate within a few days. Her estimate was comprehensive, professional and competitive. Given the reviews, Cabinet Boy's reasonable estimate and our interactions with Nathalie, we decided to take the plunge.

We are very happy that we did. Nathalie and everyone we dealt with at Cabinet Boy were (1) very professional; (2) extremely competent; (3) fair and honest. Ronald did A LOT of the work and he was one of the most amazing carpenter we have ever dealt with. He has a great attitude -- continually willing to work hard to make you happy. He is a man of his word, on time and very professional. Emilio the stain master was also a delight.

He had a great attitude and was able to give us the exact look we were going for. We are very happy with the end product. Our kitchen and bathrooms look amazing. So happy to have found Cabinet Boy. And what is most important to me is that we did not pay a penny more than the original estimate. Now that's impressive. Will definitely think of Cabinet Boy for my future building needs.

I highly recommend Cabinet Boy. I was so hesitant to remodel my kitchen, but Nathalie made it painless. She had great ideas and made suggestions that I had not considered. At the time we were thinking of remodeling our kitchen, our condo had a flood from an upstairs unit and Nathalie said they could handle this as well. They rebuilt the entry hall and master bathroom to its original condition.

Cabinet Boy took care of everything. All of this happened just before Christmas and she promised the work would be done before Christmas. She was right. Ronald, the project manager was wonderful. The work was flawless and they left the condo clean at the end of the day. Very trustworthy. I could go to the office and not worry about what was going on in my home. I will never use another company. We love our new kitchen, entry and bathroom. Five stars for perfect work.

I have used the services of Cabinet Boy many times, and will continue to do so in th future. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. From the very first contact with Sarah, through the on site appointment with Jereme, all of the kitchen needs get met everytime. I contacted Cabinet Boy for a custom cabinet I needed done with odd angles and odd specs, their designer Nathalie came out and designed perfectly, couldn't have gone better. They were a little on the higher side of pricing, but the quality was on par with the price, value well worth the price! The only reason for the 4 stars is the installation crew did a poor job of clean up, leaving sawdust/shavings about and nails.

I have a 4 year old, I'm just happy she didn't step on any. That said, I would definitely recommend them, though I would also recommend being there for clean up to ensure it's done thoroughly.

The designer, Nathalie Aguirre and the crew went above and beyond to remodel our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. We couldn't be happier with the design. I contacted Cabinet Boy in April for a new kitchen cabinet build. After researching quite a few cabinet shops in the area, we were so impressed with the company. Nathalie was our designer. She measured and was able to provide drawings to help us plan for our custom kitchen. My wife finally got the wine rack she's always wanted. We were so lucky to have Nathalie as our designer. My wife and I finally have the dream kitchen we've always wanted. I highly recommend the Cabinet Boy services.

After reading the reviews here I was excited when my husband told me we had an appointment for an estimate to refinish our kitchen cabinets with Natalie at 6pm last night. we both left work early to be sure to be home in time. At 6:20 Natalie called me and said "can we reschedule for a more convenient time". she explained that there was traffic at 6pm in orange county and she was in Laguna and that she was very busy and had lots of jobs to do so sorry if she had stood us up but if we wanted to schedule again we could.

I didn't reschedule. if a company cant make it to the first appointment to give me a quote on time what in the world would it be like having to try to actually work with them not impressed at all

We found this company through our contractor and have been super happy. Their work and finished product speaks for itself. as you will see in the pics. But we also really enjoyed working with them. Sarah was super sweet and their carpenter Ron was very knowledgeable and patient with us. They all had great ideas and our cabinetry turned out great. They built custom cabinetry for our outside BBQ space. Pricing was competitive and workmanship was top notch. We recommend!

I heard about this company through a neighbor, my grandma needed her cabinets refinished, the estimate was quick and they were able to send someone out the next day. The customer service is friendly and fast, my overall experience was enjoyable and not a headache. The cabinets came out beautiful and the remodel didn't take a very long time. Any questions we had were answered quickly and it's nice to see that they could refinish cabinets instead of having whole new cabinets built. It saved me a lot of money!

There are not enough stars to give this company for the transformation of my kitchen cabinets. I had a kitchen remodel that I needed completed before my husband came home from the hospital and they exceeded my expectations and met the deadline. Installers were on time, cleaned up when done and everyone I worked with communicated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the results and have a kitchen I am proud to show off and cook in.

About 50% of my kitchen cabinets were in need of refinishing and As they were made in Washington State with a faux finish I was afraid they could not be refinished. But BB did a remarkable job. My husband's even commented that they look better than when they were new. I would not hesitate to recommend Emelio and his amazing crew to anyone. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
