This is a great Company. The tech came out after hours. One tech had my garage door up and running in no time. The door had come off the track, but he made it look so easy. Amazing job! I highly recommend the company.

Eric was incredibly helpful on a holiday weekend when our garage door broke and would not close. He figured out the issue quickly and was able to get it fixed. He also isolated the issue that cause it to break in the first place and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. As a bonus he helped get my car connected to the garage door opener!

I called to schedule a repair Saturday night and it set up for Sunday morning. I got a text message that Ryan was on his way and could track his progress to my house. He arrived in timely manner and was very friendly and knowledgeable. During my last repair I was told I needed to think about changing out my extended springs for a single spring unit.

I had forgotten about that until Ryan mentioned I should think about replacing them. He gave me a quote and it was less than I expected it to be. So I went a ahead and had him change out the old springs for a new type and he here and gone with in an hour or so. I highly recommend this company for this type of service. Everyone I talked to, from scheduling the appointment to the actual work, were great to work with. I will use them again when I replace the springs for the other side of garage door. Thank you so much for the quick service!

I was pleased with how promptly my broken door springs were repaired. I called on a Sunday and Ryan arrived the following afternoon with the necessary parts to quickly replace the springs. He also priced out a a few options for new doors for me without me asking, but it was appreciated because it had been on my mind. The spring replacement was a little more pricey ($500) than I expected, but given the quality and speed of service I'm satisfied

This is the second time that I used this company for garage door issues. The first time, they installed a key pad. They did quality work at a reasonable price. This time they installed a whole new garage door opener. Eric was very professional and did great work installing the opener and adjusting my door. There was a misunderstanding on the price and the total was $160 more than I expected to pay. I paid it. Looking back, I would have gotten a written estimate.my bad for not doing so. As a result, I will not be using this company again.

This morning, 1/15/22, at 7:00 am, I called Garage Door Solutions. I was told they'd be out between 10:00-2:00. Then I got a text message stating they'd be out between 8:00-10:00! Eric Miller, the technician, arrived at 8:45, we discussed what needed to be done, he didn't try to sell me more than what I needed, and he was done by 9:45! Highly recommend this company!

Eric was Awesome FIVE stars for sure. Deserves 10 Stars! Knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, well-groomed. Went above and beyond to fix the problem! Cleaned up after, everything looks brand new. He did a wonderful job on our garage doors. He came out right away, explained very clearly what needed to be done, had the parts within the hour, and had the work done within the next hour. He was very professional and thorough and I highly recommend him!
