All Season's Pools

Took a year build our pool. Follow up service is awful. No response at all from Rob. Pop up cleaning system does not work. Ultra light system never worked. No follow up, no phones calls answered. Look for someone else to build your pool.

The whole process of building a pool with ALL SEASON POOLS have been a total disappointment. We are at the end of April, and we were supposed to be enjoying our pool in May, something that was a tied-break decision when comparing quote with other pool contractors. Per your email the work should be started today and apparently that will not happen. Apparently, these emails are just an automatized system and not a reality of the work to be done, just a total loss of time.

There is no compromise and no professionalism with this company. Most of the work is subcontracted to third parties delaying even more the process. The communication with the company could be better. I will definitively not recommend this company to anyone.

We had All Seasons build our pool in 2014. Our construction was great. We now need some service and not pleased with there willingness to do so.

Our builder, City Homes, hired All Seasons Pools to design and build our pool and decking. The pool came out beautiful, although we did have some leaks initially but they have been resolved. Now our decking has come loose and it is falling apart. Neither the builder or pool company have been responsive. I have been trying for months to get it repaired. I would not use them again.

Signed for a pool in January. Here we are in October and I still have a HUGE HUGE mess of a backyard. No deck, no screen, just a messy shell and dirt. The company takes on way more than they can handle. I have attached additional photos of the way they will leave your property. A total total mess. This is after I was told it would be cleaned up immediately.

Not sure I can add much more to what every other 1 star review has already said. Ditto to all of it.

Just stumbled across this review I wrote over a year ago on Yelp. I realized I never finished my updates to the final product! So, here goes: Time to complete project (from date of signing), 10 months. Cost of hospitalization (due to stress-related angina) $6000 out-of-pocket. Quality of customer care. the worst I've ever experienced! Quality of build. when all is said and done, it's about putting a pool in your yard, they know how to build a pool.

The finished product was and is quite satisfactory and we have thoroughly enjoyed it in the past year. the process, however, should never leave this bad a taste in your mouth. They truly have a lot to learn about customer interaction.

It's been 9 months since my review, 9 MONTHS (TWO YEARS AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT) and All Seasons FINALLY finished the job. I stand by my previous review. I would never ever recommend them to anybody ever. Even if you happen to see recent reviews that are positive, please go somewhere else. They never return your phone calls, they take forever to come out between jobs, they make a mess, leave crap everywhere, including cement which has since dried up and hardened- luckily the grass has grown over it (and that was after I had them come out and clean up), when you called with complaints it takes them forever to get back to you and when they do finally get back to you it takes weeks for them to come back out. It's been a nightmare from day one.

Please go somewhere else. On top of all this there's been multiple people who was working on our pool that have up and quit and we only found out when we would email them and the company would get back to us saying oh I'm sorry they're no longer with us. Just an all-around crappy company. Not even the top top people ever returned our phone calls or emails. Very disappointed in All Seasons Pools. I really wish they would just be closed down. Because I guarantee we're not the last people to complain about them.

All Seasons Pools did an outstanding job with the installation of our pool. I would highly recommend them for your pool. We moved into a new house in April 18. We decided to get a pool installed. We contacted All Seasons Pools and Robert with the design shop made an appointment to come by our house to help design our pool. He was very knowledgeable.

He spent 4 hours measuring and designing all of the aspects of the pool. The pictures show the design concept. Next, we had an appointment at the company to finalize the design and pick the colors of tile, pool shell, coping and pavers and all of the other materials. This was a fun and exciting process. After, the permits were filed, work started right away.

I believe we had a great production manager in Hal. Hal came by the house almost daily to check on the status of work and answer questions from us. Our concern was how long the process would take to complete the job. We were expecting about 6 months from signing contract to swimming in the pool. When we told Hal about the time, he assured us our pool would be done well before the 6 month time.

In fact our pool was ready in only 4 months. Additionally, Daniele at All Seasons Pools was great. If we had questions or needed to get in touch with Hal the production manager, she answered the questions right away or got us to the right person. We are very excited about our new pool. We are looking forward into enjoying the pool for years to come. Check out the pictures of our pool and compare to the design drawings. Again, I would highly recommend All Seasons Pools. Great experience from the start of planning with Tom to the construction process with Grant! Spent time planning the exact requirements before starting and saw the 3D renderings of how it would look. After construction, you can see they were very accurate to the end product. I recommend All Seasons Pools and would build with them again. Scott.

I truly don't know how you guys stay in business! You have taken so long on my pool that the permit expired. One of your employees took a concrete saw and cut up my hot tub over 2 1/2 months ago and still no one there to repair it. I have called and left messages a dozen times without one returned phone call. All I want is someone to give me information about when they are actually going to work on my pool.

Over 6 months and all I have is a blown pool with a cut up hot tub! Where is the customer service with this company? It does not exist! Funny how the only time All seasons pool responded to a bad review wa when they didn't recognize the name of the guy giving the bad review! Run away from this company!

Our experience with All Seasons Pools was Fantastic! Our sales consultant Frank Goodwin helped us create a pool that maximized our space without sacrificing any of our requirements. Frank's expertise was head and shoulders above the sales consultants we spoke with at other pool companies. Frank was always on time, followed up on each request or question we had and consistently made sure our expectations were being met. We recommend Frank Goodwin and All Seasons Pools each time we get the opportunity.

Signed contract in April and as of today 50% pool still not done. Horrible communications and false promises. I will never use this company again

Do not use this company. Run away. I agree with Ruth N. The favorable comments must be from employees or fake reviews. We also had a horrible experience having our pool built by All Seasons Pool. It's only a couple of years old and it is falling apart.

So, it's now April, over a year since we signed contracts with them, and I'm STILL NOT DONE! They have NEVER shown up as scheduled for an appointment.something ALWAYS happens to make the apologize and reschedule, and only after I call them! Folks, this is Florida.pool contractors are everywhere. You CAN do better than these guys.

Very unhappy with the communications and very long time to build the pool. After almost 5 months we pretty much have a $40K mosquito infested garbage hole in the ground. It looks like an abandoned construction site. The contractors come for a couple hours a day, and don't see anyone for 10 days to 2 weeks again. A lot of promises, but nothing done. Poor attention to detail and sloppy work. Very unhappy and would definately not recommend this pool company.

Today the final work was done on my elite roof. This completes all work on our pool project concluded on April 21,2006. I would like to thanks you for the fine work done by All Seasons, the All Season's family, and all associated subcontractors. We are pleased and very happy with The way the project turned out.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience w/ All Seasons Pools. Our sales consultant Dave Colby was wonderful, Their staff of professionals kept us apprised of everything going on throughout the process. We interviewed many other pool companies but are so glad we choose All Seasons Pools.

All Seasons has a great finished pool product and everything turned out looking and working great! They had an excellent Sales person Deb, she is very caring was not pushy and did not forget about you after you signed the contract. Definitely one of the best Sales people I have ever had the pleasure to meet with. The Screen enclosure at Advance Aluminum supervisor, Chris Johnson is Great as well he was great with communication and made sure he took care of any questions or concerns.

The pool Supervisor Norm even dug trenches for electrical to help speed up the process. The service manager Donald for All seasons was very knowledgeable and has over 20 years in the business. This is comforting to know because a great service department is reassuring that you are in great hands. They are affordable compared to most and the pool comes out great.

Updating our review! The construction supervisor (he was a not good) has left they are making changes. We wanted a pool from All Seasons because we like the floor pop up cleaning system. It is taking much longer than we like but we still think Bill our salesman is a of high integrity! They just did the decking and the rest should go smoothly and fast. I will update again on completion.

The only reason I put one star is because it's the only way I can post a review! I live in a beautiful subdivision and one of my neighbors is using All Season Pools and I just felt I needed to warn others about this company! My neighbor is thoroughly discussed with them as well as most of the neighborhood! There has been a huge hole in their back yard and it has been there for approximately 6 months now!

It is a mess and it seems my neighbor can't get anything done! After reading some of these " glowing" reviews, I can't help thinking that they have to be family members or All Season is offering some type of discount or incentive to people to write them! ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE! My neighbors pool is not anywhere near finished! SHAME ON ALL SEASON AND THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

First, I would like to begin this criticism, of All Seasons by saying that the overall work done by this company and its sub-contractors is just sloppy! I agreed to allow All Seasons access to my yard to install an in ground pool for my neighbors. From the beginning, when they simply removed my fence and subsequently buried it under 5ft of dirt from the excavation site, I've witness one sloppy and careless phase after another.

I take pride in my yard's appearance, to the point that I power wash my fence a few times a year to avoid permanent stains. Moving on now from the fence to the multiple issues of the sloppy and careless work performed by sub-contractors who leave empty cans, bottles, lose steel rods, broken plastic tubing, and empty sand/grout bags free to fly around the neighborhood.

They left piles of dirt for up to a week in between my home and my neighbor's home backing up the flow of rain water into my back yard subsequently left stagnant water on my very expensive pavers for days. This happened on two separate occasions, which leaves me to wonder, if we complained the first time about stagnant water, why would you obstruct the flow of water a second time?

When they finally moved the dirt, they left piles of dirt all over the sidewalk where they loaded the truck. Then, as the truck departed my neighborhood, proceeded to spill dirt throughout the streets, which required them to come back out and clean up that mess. Now back to the fence, after four month, they're nearing the end of the construction. Yesterday, I come home from work and noticed that the fence was back up. Great, but the fence is muddy and stained yellow.

My gate doesn't close or open without first lifting or pulling on the fence because it's not level. So in order to close the fence I have to lift the fence into the lock and lift to release it from the lock. Of course, since All Seasons did not take proper care of my fence to begin, it appears that two of my fence caps are missing. Instead of replacing the fence caps to match the others, they replaced my nice fence caps with the basic fence caps. I'm glad I'm not a paying customer!

Thank you so very much for all the hard work your team has put into building our new Pool and Spa. Thank you to Rick who helped us when we were picking out our selections. We have never had a pool before and Brett Foster was just terrific in walking us thru the process. We asked a lot of questions and he always took the time to make sure we were comfortable with what was going on during each phase. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you to Vanessa Lopez for keeping us on schedule and communicating what was coming up next and what to expect.

Attention to all your employees and Sub contractors. As you are aware, when things gone wrong, people are very quick to complain and very seldom are quick to compliment when things go well. So before you get your panties in a bunch, this letter is to compliment everyone who built my pool. From your salesman Gary Blackburn who did not try to sell me something I did not want.

All Seasons Pools is a great company and Bill, Frank, Brett, Vanessa and Stacy are great customer service reps for the company! After 12 years in Florida, my wife and I decided to install a pool. We researched several vendors and chose All Seasons Pools. It was a great decision, as virtually everyone associated with the company was friendly, courteous and professional.

We gave All Seasons Pools our budget and Frank went out of his way to get us the pool was wanted at the price we gave! The finished product is amazing! It is also way more than we expected and was finished a month ahead of time! Brett the job boss was phenomenal and Vanessa and Stacy in the office were great as well. Virtually every issue we has was addressed thoroughly and quickly.

The finished product looks beautiful and the quality is all we had hoped it would be. If you're looking for a pool, give Frank or Bill a call at All Seasons Pools and you won't be disappointed!

Being new to the area we had contacted several pool companies to build a pool adjacent to our house. After receiving several quotes we decided to go with All Season Pools (Sanford FL). They were mid-range price wise. Tom Bell was our sales contact and he was very helpful from listening to our wishes and putting the project in motion. During the build we had a change with site managers and Chris Rounsaville ended up being our contact to the end of the build.

He stayed on top of things and explained the next step during the build. A few issues arose but after speaking with Don Garden they were resolved very quickly. All the workers during the build were courteous and answered any questions we had. The pool with the enclosure was completed a week ago and it is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend All Season Pools.

We had a bit of a communication problem at the beginning, but Don (the service manager) clarified where what was going on and they are doing an amazing job. We are installing a large pool with spa and the crew out here is great. Will update when complete.

I'm writing this letter because I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my pool that your company recently installed for me. From the beginning to the end the experience was pleasurable. The salesman was prompt, courteous, and most of all trustworthy.

Awesome job on our pool and enclosure. Mike Newman (project manager) and Robert Herod (service tech/ pool school teacher) were the best and most helpful people. I highly recommend the All Seasons team for your complete pool / spa and enclosure business.

I just inspected the above noted project site this morning for pool steel and ground. I also added the inspection for pool main drain since it was ready and needed to be approved in order to proceed with the project. I was very impressed with the workmanship and detail of the steel and particularly the test on the main drain piping. It was filled with water only as required - no air.

All Seasons Pools, I would like to say a big thank you to All Seasons Pools. They stood up to their warranty and fixed the cracks in the shell of our pool. Their customer service was impeccable and the men that came to work on our pool were courteous and knowledgeable. I would also like to say a big thanks to Rhonda, who worked so hard on getting us scheduled for maintenance.
