Jorge from LB Handyman on demand is your man! I needed a small bathroom remodel and called several people, but when you talk to Jorge you know that he is the perfect person for the project. During our meeting he walked me through every step of what was going to happen - there's nothing too big or small where this guy won't be able help out with it all (trust me; from installing tile floors/cabinets throughout plus painting two separate occasions). He is the best handyman in town! I've used him for all my home projects and he never disappoints. He has helped us installed pendent lights over kitchen island, replaced drywall, painted fireplace, painted stairs, replaced tile around fireplace, replaced shower heads, , overhead stove vent, hand more He does a lot and works fast.

I was in urgent need of help with several things on Saturday. And then another urgent need arose for Sunday! He was able to fix everything that needed fixing, and then replace a plumbing fixture that was leaking too! All of this was on the weekend when countless other plumbing companies in my city were not willing to work on the weekend. I am very impressed with his work and very grateful for him helping me.

My husband called Jorge for a door repair job on Friday morning and sent him photos of the repair necessary via text. He sent over the quote and said he could come out the next morning. He arrived Saturday morning and upon inspection of the door in person, he determined he needed another piece to complete the repair. He went out and sourced the part and communicated as he was leaving the store to let us know he was on his way back to our house.

He repaired our front door quickly, cleaned up all the dust and debris from the repair, and left the door functioning better than when we moved in. He wore a mask, was completely professional, and the repair quote was the most reasonable we had received. Glad to know we have a reliable handyman when needed.

Rude guy, yells at you on the phone, wouldn't trust this guy in my house! Simply asked him to come out to look at a job I needed done, simple, I guess somehow you don't text him at the same number you call him on, I didn't know that he had two numbers, this guy is a loose cannon, with very apparent anger issues!

After a promising start, the problems just got worse. We needed some work done in the bathroom, ended up with almost a full bathroom remodel. 'Asked' for additional 10% a day before the work was to be completed, finish work was very poor, drains for sinks were leaking and the shower - behind the new tile! Called Jorge and his response was "You should be able to handle it" but to let him know if I had any trouble. Well, I had trouble and now he refused to fix it, saying "I can't do that work because I am not licensed and don't have insurance".

We are not unhappy with with all of the work. He is a good handyman and we likely would be happy if only the work we originally wanted was done. We are now left with a bigger and potentially more costly problem than we started with. I initially contacted Jorge to repair my tenants tub, kitchen sink and toilet as they were leaking. Then I too needed my garbage disposal looked at because it wasn't working. Would not use again under any circumstances. I set an appointment for Jorge to come do home repairs, and as the time came for the appointment, he was nowhere to be found. I tried to call him multiple times, and after an hour Jorge finally answered. To my disappointment, he said he was working on a different job and wouldn't be able to come meet me or help with my repairs. Would not recommend.

Called this morning and no one picked up. This is not a big deal BUT it went to "voicemail" and it was announced the voicemail was never set up. Then I was disconnected. Looks like I need to either, chase them down to do be their customer or I need to move on to the next list. Ugh.

I called Jorge this morning, he answered his phone and came to my house right on time at 2:00. He had my new dryer up and running in no time! He worked on my furnace going under the house and didn't stop till we knew what was going on. Extremely happy w the work Jorge did at my duplex! I was getting mud and water in my basement from a planter outside. He removed huge plants and dirt and cemented the area while ensuring a drain was still exposed that helps w draining water in our backyard. He answered my first attempt to call and despite being late 25 minutes to our appointment he made up for it by texting me the quote right away and not charging me for any additional items once the job was done. Having him come back to do some more work! Quality Handymen are hard to come by. Glad I found Jorge!

Jorge came out to do some repairs at my house, on drywall and a couple other things. When I called him, he got back to me within a couple of hours, and was able to set something up within two days. His prices were totally reasonable, and he was professional (on time), courteous, and did good work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will be using him in the future.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Called Jorge on a Tuesday after reading his yelp reviews. He tells me he's "put me on the calendar for 9AM on Saturday" and asks me to text him my address. I did, and even texted the night before to confirm. No show, no call.and Jorge has the nerve to be rude to me when I call him asking where he is 45 minutes after the time he agreed on. LAME and completely unprofessional.
