Beware of this company.

Nashville Fence and Deck quoted me $8,500 for a new fence at my home - on par with other vendors. Despite being aware of an error on their estimate, they kept this from me and proceeded to install the fence (the only note was an off-handed comment that they bill on actuals). Only after installation was complete did they bring this to my attention when they invoiced me for $10,500, a 20% increase in price.

Additionally, during installation their team broke my sprinkler system in over 10 separate locations, including an electrical control box. The damage was so severe that only one vendor would take the repair work - the original estimator, and they were unable to provide a specific quote because the damage was so bad, so they just provided a range. After their team worked a full day and a follow up visit, they finally got it back in working order to the tune of $2,700.

Ashley and his brother did a great job installing a decorative fence in our backyard. However, their follow up/ customer service really SUCKS. I have been trying to get Ashley to help me understand what I can do about rust that is starting to appear on the fence. So far all I get is we are so busy, I'm looking for a solution, and of course no response at all. It's not like I'm asking him to fix the problem, all I want to know is what can I do.

We are very disappointed because the initial installation looks great and if it weren't for his customer service, I would have given them 5 stars.

They are amazing and so patient with me and our HOA! They did more work in a day than most others would do in a week. Always on time or called to say when they.would be here. Clean up was amazing!

Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness Had great initial contact; someone came out and measured, chatted, told me they could do the project and would have an estimate to me Monday. It's a week past that date. I've called and left a message, called several more times over the last few days. No response, no one ever answers the phone.

We hired Nashville Fence and Deck a few years ago to build a fence in our backyard and add an electric gate. We had a great experience with Trey and the team at Nashville Fence & Deck. They built us a wonderful 8ft privacy fence and even sourced unique, flat metal posts to make it extra sturdy. This fence will last a very very long time. Overall, we got a fair price, excellent work, and the team communicated well. I'd highly recommend them to others!

Ashley from Nashville Fence and Deck and his team built a new fence around my backyard. He listened to what I wanted and gave advice on best wood, how to face the fence, etc. He is professional, punctual and a man of his word. Ashley and Dave were a pleasure to work with. Great with communication, totally unfazed by a couple of late requests, and always punctual and tidy. Dave is a master craftsman! We are thrilled with our screened porch, and everyone who has seen it has commented on the quality of construction. Between the weather and their booked schedule, it took a while for things to get underway but it was 100% worth the wait!

I recently moved into a new house that I needed a fence around the perimeter. As a newbie in house issues, I had 0 knowledge of what it takes to have a company put up a fence. I called and met with a few companies, and Nashville Fence stood out right from the get go. First, they were very knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions. They helped me through deciding on the design and structure.

The bids came back and they were one of the lowest and most reasonable bids I've found. The final product was just what we had discussed and looks so professionally done with no shortcuts taken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a fence. Trey, Buck and the crew were always on time and did great work, quickly. They were able to do 325ft of beautiful wood privacy fencing around our yard plus a brand new steel-framed gate in 2 days time including removal of the same length of fencing. If you need good work fast like we did (gotta keep the dogs in the yard), you should have them come out for an estimate.

From initial concept meetings, to product selection, through installation and post install follow ups, we couldn't be happier with the entire process and outcome. Trey, Ashley and team were punctual, trustworthy, responsible with making sure our pets didn't wander out, cleaned thoroughly throughout the process, and displayed exceptional craftsmanship.

The finished product is a two story decking system with cable rails and trex integrated hand rails. They followed up ensure any screw or cable tightening was addressed and even recommended and performed at no charge a board replacement due to a curing issue. The finished product is fantastic. We have enjoyed many meals and time outside since the project was completed. I would highly recommend this company.

We couldn't be happier with Nashville Fence and Deck! They have installed two motorized metal gates at two of our homes and also installed a privacy fence. Buck was wonderful to work with - he was prompt and was able to help us find exactly what we needed and coordinated everything. Trey was also great to work with - at our old house, we accidentally burned out a part in the motor from propping the gate open when it had an automatic close feature (user error). This happened two years after the gate was installed and Trey was there to fix it the next day - free of charge! We can't recommend them enough!

We love our new 6', French Gothic fence installed by Nashville Fence and Deck! Owner, Trey, was excellent to worth with. I appreciated how he followed up with me and answered all my questions! The crew was very courteous and did a fabulous job building our fence. My favorite part is the gate that Trey built from a picture I saw on Pinterest. These guys are the bomb! They removed my old fence and replaced it with the most awesome designed fence which far exceeded my expectations. Everyone loves my fenced in front yard which allows my dogs to chat freely and it is perfect for climbing plants!

I have used these guys twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. Their bids are competitive, they are polite and easy to talk to, clearly knowledgeable, and have good ideas/suggestions when asked.

They weren't the cheapest or most expensive bid, but they were professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after the job was done.
