One of the biggest things was how responsive and quick they were at doing a same day cleaning just after making a phone call. Their cleaning services were not only extremely helpful, but reasonably priced. The ladies were very sweet, diligent, hardworking and I would definitely recommend this company again. They dusted, wiped, vacuumed, mopped, and prepped everything for my move in (AC, fans, vents, windows, windowsills, sliding door rails, all drawers and cabinets, ceiling fan blades, bathrooms, and garage). Will definitely call again for annual deep cleaning of my townhome. Thank you very much for tackling such a stressful and hard job!

Scheduled an appointment to have my girlfriend's place cleaned, nobody showed up. When I called to ask why no one came by, the same lady even remembered taking my call and making the appointment yet somehow it never got entered and is apparently the "systems" fault. Find a more reliable cleaning service so you don't end up wasting a day like we just had to.

I know it's early but we just called American Cleaning Service to do all of our Christmas light hanging on the front of our house and it looks amazing! We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors, it really just puts everyone in the Christmas spirit.

The maids at American Cleaning Services are fantastic! We had them come into our new rental in Las Vegas for a deep move in apartment cleaning when we first moved in. We did a walk-through and I showed them all the trouble spots that needed carpet shampoo and window cleaning in particular. During their house cleaning they paid particular attention to those spots while thoroughly cleaning all other areas as well.

They were very understanding and patient even though we were stressed over the move. They did such an amazing job we kept them on for bi-weekly housekeeping and maid services. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for residential house cleaning or janitorial.

We booked them originally because their home cleaning was much cheaper than the other residential cleaning companies I called but their cleaning service was outstanding and worth much more than the little it cost. The owner and staff are very co-operative and understanding when we need to reschedule and I highly trust the house cleaners in my home.

We highly appreciate their commitment and quality of work and attention to detail provided. My wife is picky about streaks on the glass but the window washing they provide meets her high standards. Their tile and grout cleaning makes our floors look professionally cleaned and takes them a lot less time than when my wife has to get down on her hands and knees.

The housekeeping work is always done efficiently with dedication and the occasional exterior power washing is something we don't have the time or equipment to do ourselves. 5 Gold Stars for a professional house cleaning company. American Cleaning Services were recommended to us by my brother. They do all of the janitorial work and window washing at his office and my brother raved about what a great job they consistently do and how all of the cleaning staff are trustworthy and honest. We gave them a call to help with the housekeeping and provide typical maid service duties like surface cleaning and tidying up.

They did a fantastic job, particularly on the upholstery and floor cleaning. Their carpet cleaning was badly needed and their tile and grout cleaning left our kitchen tiles sparkling. They did much more than we expected and we just wanted to say how pleased we are. Thanks again, the Werner's.
