Sustainable

While sustainable design involves more commitment than standard building practices, OWA believes that high-performance, environmentally responsible design should be easily attainable for all clients regardless of budget or time limitations. To this end, we strive to make the sustainable design process as simple, fast, and clear as possible.

Commercial

OWA has worked with various businesses to expand and renovate existing spaces. We have designed new commercial buildings from the ground up, as well as interior architecture for tenant space. Our commercial projects include grocery stores, medical and general office space, and restaurants.

Residential

OWA has completed projects ranging from small interior room renovations, to large new homes in excess of 10,000 square feet. From modern Chicago apartments, to traditional Shingle and Arts and Crafts homes, our range of stylistic flexibility is broad. We welcome projects of any size or scope.

We had a newer home which we loved, but was not functioning for our family. My husband had a poorly designed home office and our teenagers had outgrown their cramped shared bath.
