My refrigerator quit on me late Saturday night when I had a terrible cold. I put off admitting it was time to call someone till Sunday- realizing I was probably limiting my choices bc of it being a Sunday. John from the Pro Tech Appliance Repair scheduled an appointment within hours of my call, arrived on time and got my refrigerator back up and running in 20 minutes.

My kitchenaid dish washing machine stopped working. I could hear the motor running and all water just stayed in. I didn't even know whom to call, plumbers or appliance repair. eventually I have called both to compare prices. I called these guys from appliances repair Boston - they said $50 minimum to have a look at it - I said ok.

Great service. These guys were great! My Bosch washer was not working properly. I did my best to fix it myself and that was my big mistake. Long story short, I found appliance repair Burbank on yelp, even though it was Saturday afternoon they answered my call and scheduled next day appointment!

Mark (maybe) was a great help, came out, took the viking microwave totally apart, found a few issues. He also checked the vent line concern I had while he was here to make the $50 service call cost worth it. Great service, professional technician.
