Very suspect of them actually coming to my home to inspect work that was done as well. No one ever called to set up an appointment and I find it hard to believe that someone would just show up and go under my house to inspect foundation work without letting me.know I contacted them directly and spoke to Mr, Moore asklng for date and who did the actual inspection, he acted very uncomfortable and put me off said he would find out and get back to me, I also asked why no one called to set up a time for them to come by and he made some excuse that it was difficult to coordinate with the homeowner, made no sense, Never beard back and when I called several times, it was very clear he was not taking my calls. Based on the response I received from the Foundation company I had worked with when I asked what the engineer did, I received a very illusive response that made me suspicious. Mr. Moore also said that they come over during the actual foundation repair to inspect the work and I know that did not happen.! I was here the entire time the foundation comapny was working on my home.

I am highly suspect of their work. We were recently handed an engineering report a month after a foundation job. We were on the premises at all times while the work was being done, and no engineer ever walked into my house. The written report attesting to the work performed is exceedingly vague "Representative piers, beams or other foundation items were observed to be installed, but due to underground location and timing of the work, not every pier could be seen." There weren't that many.
They were all visible at the same time. If you saw one, you saw all. If he didn't see all, then he didn't see any. Also, the report mentions expansive clay soils. We live on limestone rock, Any engineering undergrad would be able to figure that one out.

The engineers and surveyors at The Moore Group were very helpful in making El Arbol restaurant become a success. We had numerous challenges during our permitting effort, including parking, impervious cover, utilities, water quality and detention. The Moore Group knew how to handle these challenges, and we have enjoyed working with them.

The Moore Group has done a good job of representing me in meetings with City Council and City Staff. Ed Moore has a good rapport with people who are important to the success of the project, including Council members. It is great to have a consultant who can represent my project before Boards and Commissions, as well as do the design and construction administration for the project.

The Moore Group planned our Office and Warehouse, prepared the Construction Plans and obtained the Site Development Permit from the City of Austin. They worked with the local water service provider to find a way to satisfy water service requirements for fire protection. The Moore Group also designed and permitted two On-Site Sewage Facilities (septic systems) for our project.

I have had the opportunity to both be a client of Mr. Moore and to have his company as a client. In every instance, I have had the pleasure of dealing with professionals every step of the way. These guys know what they are doing, keep their promises, and deliver on time. These days, they are the exception.

I had to put stone wall in my back yard.it was 6' tall 20' length. Seems very simple thing. Than again HOA wants engineering and they want us to use them. I had to go along with HOA so went with who ever recommend. First of all didn't need engineering and he refuses to tell us how much.took 3 weeks to got it done. Guess what $6700. It would be 2-3000. I just paid cause I know it will come around to him.
