Old AC failed, hottest day of the year, daughter getting married Sat., wedding guests arriving tomorrow afternoon. Friend recommended Cool Concepts. James arrived within an hour of my call. In 100 degree heat and a broken ac, we called Cool Concepts on a Friday night at 7pm and they came right on time at 10am on Saturday morning--despite being booked up for the day. He was able to solve the issue quickly and was extremely easy to work with (and even took his shoes off when he came inside.) we have found our hvac guys. Cool concepts is legit.
