Premier was founded in 1995 as a firm specializing in structural design. Originally home-based, this one-man operation has grown over the years into one of the most respected firms in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Premier's principals continue to play key roles as both project and quality control managers, although our staff has grown to include a number of excellent project managers.

The hands-on approach of our combined principals and project managers assures that our clients receive the very best of our engineering skills. We have earned the confidence of our clients over the years as a result of the passion, integrity and responsiveness exhibited by our team.

Premier's Survey staff provides a wide range of land surveying services to both private and public clients. Our fully-equipped survey crews use Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to meet all our clients' land surveying needs.

.Your team was extremely innovative and responsive during the design and construction of the bridge and approach roadway. This project was a very complex bridge system with curves and super-elevation on the bridge. To add to the complexity, it needed to be designed on a very short time line with a tight budget that was completed on schedule and under budget.

Premier Engineering's design efforts for the Deer Valley Road Drainage and Roadway improvements have greatly improved the flow of traffic and the catchment of runoff in the area.
