Ken Rammer settled into Edison in the early 1970's and provided the ground work for Ken's Plumbing. At the same time Michael Casper was raised in Edison and in the mid-1980's was building his home-based business. By 2008 Ken was looking to slow down and eventually partnered with Michael. There was a great deal of mutual respect for each others work ethics.Michael continues to run the business with customer service being top priority. Our house drain clogged and I called them at 4pm. They had a repair crew there around 4:30pm the same day, a little over a half hour later. Very fast response. Our drain then backed up again 2 weeks later and they came out a little over an hour after we called and they cleared the drain for free because it was under warrantee from the first time. In addition, we just finished up our COVID quarantine the first time they came and they did the job anyways because they felt bad for us.
Most people would have left because they would have been too afraid to get sick but they took the risk in order to help us because they care. I really appreciate these people. They did a great job! Thank you!

I have used Ken's plumbing for years. This last time was due to the hurricane. My basement became a pool. I called Ken's, they answered immediately. They happened to be across the street and they came over, saw what was going on and said they would be back back with a pump as soon as they took care of the 2 customers before me. They came back and set up the pump to get rid of the water that was still there.
After the clean up I ordered the new water heater from them and it was replaced the next day. They are prompt, reliable and clean up afterwards. A very good plumbing company!

Outstanding reliable and prompt service longtime customer for years. Always available, from a main line cleanout, to a hot water heater install they have been there and got the job done right the first time. Came to relight boiler and HW heater after a storm Adam clearly explained what he was doing and that everything is going to be fine. Our 1st call, our only call everytime! This was my first time using Ken's Plumbing and I'll be sure to call them again if the need ever arises. I called in the morning, and Adam and Elie were here by 2:00. The office kept me informed about when they would arrive. They quickly repaired two problems with the kitchen faucet, and it works perfectly. Adam also helped to diagnose a problem we had with the bathroom sink. I was extremely pleased with what they charged. I'm so happy I trusted all of the previous Google reviews.

****EXCELLENT SERVICE**** We needed gas pipe replacement adjacent to a newly installed gas meter. The two gentlemen who came were Adam and Mason (aka The A Team). Between rental properties and our families' residences I've had many plumbers perform various types of jobs over the years. I've never been this impressed. I would highly recommend Adam and Mason and will request them by name for all future plumbing needs.
