The entire process went well. The door came in within the time they indicated (Which in today's construction world is significant). The crew was professional, worked quickly and well with the contractor. There was a need for a small adjustment after installation, and the company had someone here the next day and we have had no problems since.

They were on time and the service man was very nice and thorough. He was honest about the condition of our door and what may need fixed in the future. We will definitely be using them again when we need it.

The Northland Door Systems team is my go to crew for door repair. I don't even think about contacting anyone else. I've needed garage door repair several times over the course of owning my home and the NDS team has always been prompt, courteous, professional, experienced and reliable. I really appreciate the fact that they get the job right the first time. I would never hesitate to enthusiastically recommend NDS.

I am very happy with the work done by Northland Door Systems. I am adding a new wing to my house, and needed an extension added to my whole house vacuum cleaner. This was complicated by my contractor's need for part of this extension to be added right away, and the rest of the extension completed at a later date. They happily came right away. Then they came back to finish the job, after my contractor was ready. They were pleasant and punctual. The extension works correctly. I could not be happier, and highly recommend Northland Door Systems.

Fitchburg 3.23.22 Had a new opener installed that I purchased. Precision was ready to accommodate an installation at my house. They could have come that morning but I needed another day to prepare. Kurt arrived on time, calling 30 minutes before arrival. Kurt was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation looked clean and after, he went through and made sure we understood the operation and features. I would recommend Kurt and Precision again.

I called Northland Doors and worked with Nate to purchase a new garage door opener. The price was great and the service was fast. The two guys who installed the opener were great efficient and did not leave a mess. Programmed the opener to my car and installed the Chamberlain My Q system that I bought as well. Everything was great.

Broken garage door springs trapped my car was inside the garage. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained what he was going to do, and competed the job speedily-all at a fair price. Great service overall.

These people are responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely helpful. Their after-sale customer service is exceptional. If I ever have a problem (things do happen), I call them and they take care of it. Highly recommended!

Logan was super knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. Gave me cost estimates up front! Appreciated the extra time and effort he put in to educate me on maintenance and things to look out for. Northland door was super quick to respond to my request and Logan had complete spring replacements and a few other tweaks done in under an hour!

Top quality work from a great door company. They installed 3 doors. 2 were custom sized for a 4 car garage and 1 for a pole barn. All doors came in when promised, and were installed in 1 day by a superb group of installers. They removed 2 heavy wooden doors and also hauled away old pole building doors. 5 stars! Northland Doors was fantastic to work with. I explained to Bryan and Nate how I wanted to find a certain color and style of garage doors that would add to the look of our home and not break the bank. They didn't disappoint! Never would I have thought black garage doors would add this much curb appeal! We often have people drive by and tell us how great our house looks now!

Ordered a specialty garage door and it was perfect with great installation! Later replaced 20 year old openers with newer, quiet, LED, belt driven WIFI capable openers. Northland was great, the openers are great, price, service, etc. We had trouble with the Wifi interface but they found something that works with our router. Would recommend Northland!

We have used Northland Door Systems several times over the years. We call them around 10 am and the door was fix by 3 pm that day. Friendly, and very helpful.

The staff at Northland Door Systems were the best, they were very qualified with some of the best references. They showed us the variety and styles of doors available, the quality we expected and samples of each we were looking to purchase. Tough decision with so much to chose from, we found the color, style with window combination which was perfect for our home.

With that perfect door and system they walked us through what needed to be done next. We scheduled an appointment for the measurements to make sure of a perfect fit, they would remove the old door and dispose of that (Great). Everything would be done in one day which for us was very important, so we ordered the door at that point. When the door came in we scheduled another appointment which was convenient for us. 2 days later we had our new door and it looks Great, we would highly recommend the staff & crew at Northland door Systems. We are very satisfied with the work and quick response time from Northland Door. When we called a service person was at our home within 24 hrs and they diagnosed and fixed are problem door opener immediately. Thank you.

They showed up a few minute early, were friendly and courteous, finished the job quickly, and even took care of a few little things like greasing one of the rollers that was sticking and pulling the seal along the bottom of the door back to center so there wasn't a gap on one end.

Mike replaced both springs within two hours of our call to Northland Door Systems. This was the first service call since Roberto installed the door thirteen years ago in 2004. Mike was very courteous and professional. Thanks for the prompt service!
