Universal Paint and Design Services did a really great job painting the exterior of our home. It was a pretty big project, with virtually no delays on their side. And the results were impressive. John Kuntz was super professional, responsive and helpful at all times. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

These guys did a top notch job on the exterior of our home. We have a two-story home and had some very specific ideas about what we wanted in terms of a color scheme (what gets painted what). They executed the plan with very little oversight in a couple of days. They were also frankly the most responsive of all the companies we contacted - they were great about communication.

John & Eileen, brought everything to the table. We had an idea of colors, Eileen's knowledge and ability to listen and adapt her years of Interior Design and graphics experience while providing the look we wanted was immeasurable. John kept in constant communication, and because of that we had no delays in scheduling, in fact we changed days on him, and he was able to quickly adjust work with our schedule. Universal Paint & Design Services, Inc. was awarded the contract for all the painting maintenance at Whispering Sands Condominium Association. We have two 12-story hi-rise towers, three 3-story mid-rise buildings, fifty-six villas, clubhouse, maintenance facility building, office building, and numerous parking structures throughout the property and perimeter wall surrounding property.
