I spoke with three different people at Hamilton, and I really like that all three were communicating with each other about my order. I picked out my carpet with George who paid close attention to the fact that we want a carpet that's right for my 8 month old who is beginning to crawl and stand up. They did what they could to help me save money by not wasting carpet.

We have used Hamilton for two projects now. They offer friendly customer service, a clean and organized showroom and good prices. Even though we could have gone to College Point to get cheaper tiles, we decided to spend the money to have a pleasant experience. When our tiles we received were not what we expected, George worked to make things right.

Awesome floor guys! George himself came for the estimate. He was super professional and nice. They were able to work based on my time and schedule. Excellent customer satisfaction here. They did an excellent job and I couldn't have been happier. I will also have him do my carpeting as well. Highly recommended, probably the best in Queens.
