Termites are scary because of the damage that they can cause without your knowing. I have experienced termite swarms for years and had inspections only to get differing opinions about what kind of termite and how they should be treated. Eventually I found "evidence" of damage being done with small wood piles on the carpet in the upstairs which is wood framed. Called Acme and they definitively determined that they were hardwood termites.
That tenting was not necessary or even practical because I have a two story screen enclosure. Acme gave me a fair quote with a 1 year guarantee and I had them come out immediately to spot treat the walls where it was clear termites had infested. They were here about half the day. Clean, thorough, professional. Good job!

They scheduled an appointment and never called or showed up. After speaking with the tech explaining I had a newborn and a cat I didn't want chemicals everywhere, he sprayed the entire house when I've never had them spray inside before! It's always been exterior. then he loads my kitchen sink with ant poison where I give my baby a bath! He never. asked my wife prior to placing the poison and to be clear I was very clear on the phone, I didn't want poisons everywhere!
They have had some changes internally that has negatively affected their business! If you have children and pets and don't want poison around them I would certainly think twice on allowing them treat your home!

I love ACME. They've been treating my pests for years and I always suggest them to my clients (for real estate). Always on time, always professional and super super knowledgeable on pests, which we may not like to hear but they have all of the answers. They also do not subcontract, which is hugely important!

Gamble came to my house for the inspection and estimate. Lindsey from the office called me back the same day to set up appt. which was suppose to be today. And now they didnt show (after I waited for 2 hours)Even a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Not a a good way to run a "professional" business. I will be calling another company to the job that is dependable and honest.

One of the worst services I ever had. They came into our home days before tenting without permission and with no notification. Also if we would not of been home the day of tenting they would of tented wrong home. Lucky for us we seen the same company tenting another home and approached them only to find out they thought it was our place. Big D-

We began using Acme when we moved in to a new house December of 2014 and could not be more satisfied. They are courteous and professional. We have not had any pest issues. We even called to ask advice about another company that had done the termite protection when our house was built who informed us to continue their warranty & we should pay the yearly fee.

Best company out there. Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, & reliable. I've been using them for years now. Years ago I needed someone to see if I had termites, didn't really know who to call, but because of some friends & family members experiences I knew who Not to call. I looked up a bunch of places in the phone book and made spots for several to come out - one never even showed.
