Oscar Torres is a professional. After spending $21,000 for un-buildable set of house plans from a reputable local architect, I brought those plans to him with my ideas of what I really wanted, dimensions and materials I liked most. With my notes and scribbles, visions and preferences, he drew a plan that passed codes, was economical to build and understandable to the craftsmen.

Oscar took our ideas for an addition to our existing home and proportioned them perfectly. Our addition looks and feels like it has always been here. Oscar Torres of Design Services NW designed our home. We were very fortunate to be referred to such a talented and knowledgeable designer. Our project was not easy because of limitations due to very stringent municipal and environmental regulations for a very small footprint in the City on the Spokane River.
