I was lucky to be referred to Matt Rosen of Rosco Holdings, Inc. when I needed to have my Mother's condo remodeled very quickly to make it wheelchair accessible for her return home from the hospital. I scheduled a meeting with Matt and was very pleased to quickly learn that he was an extremely nice and professional individual who helped me determine what needed to be done.

Matt Rosen, a Certified General Contractor, has requested a letter of recommendation from Calder Race Course relating to work he performed for Calder in the past Three years. Matt was contracted to do several multi-story building restorations. The work was completed with excellent results -- within the time frame requested, within budget and without incident.

Scope of work-single family home renovation, cost over $180,000.00: Remodel kitchen and laundry room, replace tile floor with marble throughout entire house, remodel master bathroom and guest bathroom, custom closets and replacement of over 20 hollow interior door slabs with new solid wood slabs in addition to removal and re-installation of pavers on our front entry area.

Matt Rosen completed a rehabilitation project about 14 months ago. Entailing removing a segment of a wall, relocating a kitchen sink, refrigerator. Replacing plumbing, removing and reinstalling a window. Installing new kitchen cabinets and granite counter-top. Installing new track and recess lighting. Also relocation of electrical panel.
