I was very pleased with the landscape design. They listen attentively. They have a high degree of customer touch. They have done everything that they said they will do and more. They are coming and checking the landscaping to ensure that everything is still going okay. They planted and they did a follow up check and they said they are going to come in another 30 days.

Having used Blouch's for landscaping and lawn cutting for a number of years, we contacted them again for excavating for the deck we were building. They did a fabulous job and went above and beyond for us. When we were hit with unexpected heavy rains that made our site a muddy mess, Scott took it upon himself to deliver and spread stone so we would be able to get our job done.

Our house was new last year. We hired Blouch's because we had a major water pooling problem that the builder says was not their responsibility because the ground had settled. Blouch's installed a french drain in one area and the problem seems to be fixed; however, there is another area that needs to be address now. All the work they did looks beautiful; however, we have no grass yet.

Overall quality of the work was excellent. Contractor supervisor was very good to work with - cooperative and sought to provide the desired end product. Workers were conscientious, careful, and thorough in performing the work and meeting the design requirements. The project encountered difficulties due to severe weather events, but contractor was responsive to addressing the situations.
