We recently purchased our home and needed exterior wall and interior ceiling repairs. The tiles on the exterior of our home were falling off the wall and we wanted to remove them and replace it with stucco to match the rest of the house. I called A LOT of people in the area to do the job, and ultimately went with Cesar because he was honest, upfront about costs, punctual, and did great work.

I was not wrong about my first impressions. The job was completed a couple of days ago and it looks fabulous! I am extremely happy with the exterior stucco work and even more with the interior finishes. You can barely tell any repairs were done. He is very hardworking, detail-oriented, and completed the work ahead of time. I cannot recommend him enough!

We wanted to add a sunroom to our home, so we called Specialty Drywall, Painting, and Concrete Works, a company in the Rio Grande Valley. Cesar Vizcaino, the field manager, responded to our call. He has over 25 years experience in remodeling homes and his strong work ethics made it easy to trust him. Cesar was always on time and whatever he said he would do on a certain day at a certain time, he kept his word. Cesar is very professional and honest.

He guided us through every phase of the job by going over the details and the cost, which was more than fair. Cesar and his crew installed the cement foundation, built the frame and the huge windows around the room. Then, he and his crew applied the stucco and the tile roof which looks awesome! He applied the drywall and painted the walls and the doors---Beautiful work!

He worked diligently every day. He went above and beyond by solving several unexpected issues. The final product of his work was absolutely stunning! We were beyond pleased and will definitely hire him again.

Cesar and his team did a excellent job on the ceiling repair in my master bedroom. Specialty Drywall and Painting are highly professional, very reliable, reasonably priced, and does great quality work. After the job was finished he left the area spotless and clean. Cesar and his team did an outstanding job repairing my walls after removing mirrors and old cabinets. Him and his team came in and did the job until they were finished. I would recommend him for any job, very reliable and timely during several others jobs he did for us. I have used several contractors and so far he has been the best. The crew was quick, exceptional workmanship, pleasant to be around and cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me how to touch up and future dents or rough areas that could occur. Vizcaino drywall renewed my masterbath: a) removed the tub and old shower. b) Installation of new plumbing for the new bathtub and shower. c) Framing entire shower area for subsequent installation of floor and wall tile d) We perform painting bathroom walls and ceiling.
