Outback took great care of me. Owner is a super nice guy and took time to address my concerns. Service:Sod installation

They place the sprinkler line outside my property line. Also your problems with one of the stations in the sprinkling system they put in had low pressure I asked him to come in and fix it. They did not fix it and it still has low pressure. Services:Hydroseeding, Yard landscaping, Lawn landscaping

We inherited this company when they purchased Lawn Buddies. The billing has been terrible with overbilling so we fired them last year after being billed for services that we didn't ask for. All bills were paid and we parted ways. This spring they showed up and did a fertilizatiion service on my lawn without authorization. II called again and told them we didn't want their services and they apologized and didn't charge me.

Last month they just took money from my account without authorization. I called again and they refunded it. This morning my husband received a voice-mail from them asking for a payment. I don't know how to get rid of this company.

Edit: The main thing they had to come back and did was pipe not being being low enough. There were some pipe above ground or less than an inch below ground. They came back and supposedly buried the pipe deeper than 4 inches but preferably 6 inches, according to them. Well today I found pipe where they "fixed" and it was only about an 1-1/2 inch below ground.

I will be fixing it my self because we want to plant grass tomorrow and don't have time for them to come "fix" it. I don't even want to check the other areas they were supposed to fix. It's just frustrating. We had them do our sprinkler system around our new construction home. We did have some complaints about the quality of work but they have come back a couple times to make things right.

We have had to spend a bit of time fixing the grade but I am also very picky. We are going to be seeding grass soon ourselves and they have been quick to offer advice and tips on what to do. So although we had complaints, they were quick to try to make up for it.

Called multiple landscaping companies. They would come out measure, talk about what I wanted, waste time and then I would never get a bid even after reaching out multiple times. Chase from outback was awesome to work with. Quick to come out and get me a bid. My project wasn't large on any scale but he never made me feel like my time or requests weren't valuable.

His employees who completed the project were very professional. If I had any questions or wanted to make any changes, it was never a problem. Chase was great to respond before the end of the day. The landscaping turned out perfect. I will use them for all landscaping projects I have in the future and I will recommend only them to people who need any work completed.

Chase and his crew were amazing! They worked nonstop on our new home landscaping, from morning to dark and in terrible weather. From the initial design concept to the finishing details, we could not be happier with the results. Outback Landscape is THE premier full service landscaping company in the Idaho Falls area. Outback did a great job with my landscaping. The best was they were able to fit me in and get it completed before the winter weather. I also hired them in August to do my mowing and fertilizing. Since I've had them doing my yard it has looked great. Everyone I've met and spoke with on the phone has been great to work with. I look forward to next year and not having to worry about yard work!

Outback Landscape just completed installation of our paver patio with steps and columns, gas fire pit, sitting/planter walls, . We absolutely love it! We pursued several bids and Outback was the most accommodating and reasonable. Would highly recommend Outback for any of your landscaping needs!

We have had Outback Landscape do spring cleanup, automatic sprinkler maintenance and fall winterizing for many years and they have been outstanding. They always were here when they said, did a great job and were reasonably priced. Last summer we had them do some landscape upgrading and could not be more pleased with the work they did.
