We did work for this company moving containers for them. We explained to them many times that we could not move them with to much material inside we went out to the site tied for two hours and the unit was too heavy the insisted that we try again and they would remove the material so we came out again and the container was still to full my driver explains again it was to heavy for our truck at that point we bacante the bad guy.
Our driver did not want to damage our truck and put his safety in danger so he explained to them he could not do the job and was cussed out. Now they are disputing the charge and we will loose money. Beware of this company

This company has show success time and time again. Hiring only the most qualified employees and becoming the preferred general contractor. When working with this company, they provided excellant communication, punctuality, beautiful architecture, and an outstanding customer experience. I would choose SBI builders on every single project and I highly recommend them!

SBI has gone out of their way to comply with the local hiring/Section 3 requirements, managing the prevailing wage compliance and value engineering alternatives. Their project staff is proficient in detecting constructability issues before it impacts the schedule and have been proactive in providing our engineers and consultants with solutions rather than problems.

The project was partially complete when the previous contractor stopped work due to financial difficulties and foreclosure. SBI quickly uncovered, identified, and resolved several issues that the previous builder left behind. These issues could have been costly to Stratus Development had SBI not caught them early on in the project.

Given the many challenges of such a compressed construction schedule and the many trades involved, this was quite an accomplishment. All University staff and administrators involved with the project, including the University President, noticed and appreciated your dedication to renovating and re-opening a fully operational and finished dining facility in just five months.
