Native Design & Hardscape did a great job for us, and their customer service is top notch! They de-winterized and repaired our irrigation system that had not been used in at least 12 years within one day of contacting them. We thought it would be impossible to get it running without major repairs or a complete rebuild, but they were able to get it up and running quickly! Daniel was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Native's team did an amazing job! They were able to fit me in the next day to evaluate and repair the relay on my irrigation pump. It was fixed by the end of the day and they even tested the entire system and replaced all the heads that were malfunctioning. Very professional and courteous. Would strongly recommend for any irrigation needs.

The Native Designs company was very professional and provided exceptional customer service in conducting a total redesign of our yard for our home based upon initial plans drawn by a professional landscape architect. The project involved close supervision by Jacob Dunaway and several subcontractors assigned to different parts of the project. Jacob's employees were very hard-working and paid attention to all details. We are very pleased with how it all turned out and spend lots of time in the backyard with our grandchildren.

Native Designs started this job one month earlier than expected. Jacob and Brian were great to work with. Very professional job, great quality. This really opened up our yard and the fire pit and built-in grill make our backyard much more enjoyable. It turned out great!

We worked with Jacob over at Native Design and Hardscape, and we had a fantastic experience. They tackled our travertine, flagstone, steps, drainage, landscape, and about 100 other little things that I asked them to do. The crew assigned to our job was the hardest working crew I've ever come across (and we have houses built for a living). They showed up by 7am everyday (with everything the needed for that day).

And they stayed till 7pm or some days even longer. The guys in that crew were such a pleasure to have around the house. Jacob hit every timeline that he gave us. They knocked out all of the extras that we added on throughout the project. Their quality of work was second to none. By the end of our project, I was begging Jacob to start a pool division, and offering to be an investor in that company. That's how impressed my wife and I were with what they delivered.

Native Design is an excellent company to do business with and we have been impressed with their willingness to adjust the project as we made changes and additions to our original choices. They were prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. They were able to correctly estimate the amount of time it would take to complete the project and got it done in that time frame.

I was skeptical about finding a landscape company I could trust because I am not educated in this area. I'm thrilled to find one that I can continue to use in the future for biannual work around the house, additional projects and professional advice.

The workers dug out our old, long, weedy flower bed and replaced with beautiful flowering plants and evergreens topped with round landscaping rocks for low maintenance. We had the small porch doubled in size and a curvy front walk made of pavers installed, replacing an old straight concrete walk.

Native Design is one company I can count on to do what they promise. Our remodel interfered with Native's schedule some, but they would reschedule and wait until the contractors were out of their way. If Native Design was due out on a Tuesday, they were there on a Tuesday, and sometimes they had to come back or do some other type of work around the yard until contractors were gone.
