They do a terrific job. Kim and Roger they are very professional and they explained to me beforehand everything they were going to do.

I've worked with a lot of contractors in my years but Matt and the team at Preston are top notch! Matt helped obtain a permit for me that was stuck for months by my main contractor and Will and the team have been amazing to work with on my complete electrical redo of a house that I'm remodeling! They are very knowledgeable, professional and responsive! Would highly recommend!

Preston Link Electric installed can lights in my kitchen, everything seemed fine. Then a little over a year later this one started to fall down, so I called Preston Link again to come fix it. Preston link charged me about $100 to come "fix" it again. Now a little over a year later again the light is once again falling, so I called Preston Link again.

They said they would call me back, but no Preston Link employee called me about this issue. They should've reinstalled the light to fix the issue, but they dont stand behind their work. I dont suggest anyone use Preston Link Electric.

Do not use. Terrible company and customer service. Hired to do an inspection. When asked if they were going to check the actual wiring the electrician said he was unwilling to do that and would need another crew. When called the business they at no point acknowledged that their electrician refused to do the job he was hired for. Kept defending that electricians action. The worst company I have worked with in Gainesville.

I called Preston Link Electric at the last minute when a new water heater needed a new electric connection. They got us an appointment quickly even though they were busy. Very pleasant and professional service.

Had a great experience with the company from the start. They were on time for the appointment and the installers as well on the work needed to be done. Extremely happy with the workmanship and to top it off they gave me a credit because they used less man hours then they had quoted me. Who does that nowadays. We highly recommend Preston Electric! My husband and I wanted to update our home built in the 70s, and added fixtures, outlets, and recessed lighting. Although our project to remodel our home had ongoing delays, Will and his team did a great job accommodating our needs and adjusting to our timeline. I've used Preston Link twice for my new home now, after the recommendation from a friend. Their service was quick, the technicians courteous, and explained everything they were doing in layman's terms. Also gave advice for maintenance down the road, and ways I could save money, time and inconvenience with service in the future. Highly recommend them.

Eric @ Preston Link helped me tremendously this morning. I woke up with no hot water and a garage door that wouldn't work. I tried doing the breaker box myself to no avail. He walked me thru what to try over the phone and it worked.

I called to make an appointment and got an appointment for 4 days later. No big deal as the repairs were minor. While making the appointment, the electrician on the phone listened to my issues and was able to guide me on the phone on how to fix it myself.

Matt Gera and his team are amazing. The two times they have been out to my elderly moms house has been within 2 hours of me making the call requesting service. They are courteous and there work is thorough.

I have been searching hard for a good electrician for a long time and am happy to say that I have found one in Preston Link! They came to my house right away and fixed a fairly complicated problem that had other electricians scratching their head quickly.

These guys are absolutely professional. I have used them twice on our home that was built in 1968 and they have always resolved everything quickly and been able to fix all problems. Dana and Trevor are always on time, polite and friendly.
