We've used them for 2 years now and have not been disappointed. They come on time and if there is a maintenance issue, they let us know and give us options on how to proceed from there. And they keep us in the loop and process. Also, I like how they send a report and pictures of the pool every time they come. It's the extra step that helps with peace of mind that my pool is getting taken care of.

I used ASP for more than two years. They installed my salt system, maintained the pool and when the time came replaced my old pump motor with an energy efficient. They are very responsive and honor their appointments. The personnel is friendly and easy to deal with. Very good value for the money. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using the pool service for 6 months. I have had several pool companies and have been very disappointed with service until I met Mark who was cleaning a neighbor's pool. Mark gave me the contact information and I have been very pleased with the service and the professionalism that Mark exudes. He is very professional and goes out of his way to ensure the pool is clean. Recently he assisted in cleaning some of the tree droppings that had blown in. Before cleaning the pool he cleaned the excess tree droppings. Job well done!

ASP has been taking care of my pool for a few years. The weekly service done by Dan is great. He lets us know of anything that needs attention. They have replaced some of the pool equipment along the way and did so quickly and economically. Very good people and very good work. Services: Water analysis, Remodelling, Cleaning

As a former customer I would not recommend. I used this company for 4 years and they really went down the drain in the last year. I used them for general maintenance and had them resurface my pool. They were not upfront with the resurfacing project and I had a hard time reaching anyone throughout the process. The weekly service was always random days and times.

I was early able to keep track that they actually came that week. As a loyal customer I wanted to move my service to my new house (they offered an inspection) and was totally blown off after setting up 2 appointment times. Needless to say I have since changed companies and there are far better out there. Please reconsider your decision to use this company.

I let my pool go for a while and Dan at ASP came in and saved the day! He took the time to explain our options in great detail and was very honest - Our pool looks great now! Thanks Dan!

At our first appointment we had the pleasure of meeting Mark. He was so kind and so patient in answering all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and reassured that we would be in good hands with ASP.

We have seen Mark every week now, and the consistency of having the same technician week over week has been an unexpected benefit. Mark knows us, and knows our pool, and has kept it looking great year-round. And, he goes above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. My ring camera even caught him bringing our empty trash cans in one day - what a nice guy!

About 3 months ago my last pool service quit on me without even telling me. I knew there was a problem when my pool started looking a little green. I shopped around and decided to go with ASP.I have been very pleased with the service I have received. They cleaned up the mess from the last service and have kept is looking beautiful every week. Came home to a unexpected green pool after a long weekend away. Chlorine generator wasn't working! Yikes! My husband called ASP in Ocala. Received a immediate call back from Brahm. Next morning, employee of ASP arrived and resolved the green pool immediately and diagnosised the problem with the generator. Parts obtained quickly and couldn't be happier. Wanted to share my experience with the following company, America's Simming Pool Co.(ASP) and their representative, Bram Schad. I had questions regarding my pool and the pump and filter system. He came out to my home and took a look and explained everything to me in laymen's terms. He was very efficient, reasonable and considerate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to tell you that we were swimming in our pool this weekend and could really enjoy the work your guys did. They were courteous, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. Most of all they did a GREAT job. The pavers are clean, the tile looks great and we are so amazed at the patch they did to get rid of the metal that was causing the rust spot.
