Ivan and Yury did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning the eight large windows in my apartment. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a while and they gave them extra attention to make them sparkling clean. Their friendliness made the experience working with them even better.

The booking process is very easy. Andri and Lyub were my cleaners. They were meticulous, careful, responsive, and absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend.

My window cleaning journey began with trying to organize window cleaning on behalf of 15 units in my building with a DIFFERENT company. Long story short, they bait and switched pricing and made it an absolute nightmare. I canceled. I contacted Skyway and everything was incredibly easy and straightforward. Ophelia was very communicative and upfront about all pricing.

We ended up getting window cleaning for 2 units in the building and she sent someone out beforehand to give a firm quote with no strings attached. Got the quote and had them clean the windows the same day. Very happy with their service and would recommend this company to anyone. My windows were so dirty beforehand, it's like night and day. These people are scammers. For my Chelsea Townhouse than wanted to rent scaffolding to cleaning the windows! They don't know what they are doing. I've been in real estate for 50+ years.stay away.

I have been using Skyway Window Cleaning for the past 10 years. They have completed post construction window cleaning as well as annual window cleaning for the high rises that I manage. Their staff is very professional, the workers do a thorough job and I plan on using their services for many years to come. I highly recommend Skyway for any residential/commercial window cleaning.

These guys were great! Not only do my windows look AMAZING (I never thought they could be so clean), but they are also so easy to work with. I had some issues scheduling because of restrictions on my building and they were always very accommodating and easy to reschedule. I would definitely recommend them.

I am giving two stars for polite demeanor and the fee waiver. I hired Skyway Window Cleaning because I wanted professional cleaning service to clean my double-hung Tempest windows installed just last October. Two cleaners showed up and provided me with a quote, which I accepted. They were on their second room when the bottom part of one window popped out. Struggling to put it back in they spent about 30 minutes fiddling with the window to no avail.

They claimed the window was "improperly installed". This is false. The windows were installed by Panorama one of the most professional companies I've dealt with. I had to call building handyman and building manager to help put the window back in. I canceled the rest of the job and the cleaners left. The company did waive my fee.

They were easy to schedule and turned up on time but they complained about the textured windows (privacy glass in some of the windows) and broke 2 of the wands to adjust my blinds. Windows came out clean but I would not use them again.

Alex came and cleaned our windows very quickly and I can actually see out my bedroom window now! Great job. I recommend this company.

I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in the end of the day for a residential cleaning (there were no appointments for the next two days). My windows are extra large and complicated, they did SUCH A GOOD JOB! I was really impressed. В I get my windows cleaned ever other year or so and sometimes the work that is done is just ok.

Skyway is amazing and I will absolutely be using them again and the prices are very affordable. Excellent customer service! Be sure to request Anatolli as he was polite, professional, careful and courteous. Cleaned throughly. Highly recommended and if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Very competitive pricing vs it's peers and great service. I wasn't home but the nanny said the guy was courteous and worked hard in cleaning the windows. Andrew was alo great at all the coordination and very responsive via email.

The good thing about having clean windows is that you can actually get a view of the outside world. The bad thing is having a view of the outside world that includes an ugly-ass building. Note that if you need the frames cleaned as well as the windows, they will charge you extra, so be sure to ask about that. They give you an estimate over the phone and an actual price once they see the windows.

For me, the actual price was cheaper than the estimate. (that's gotta be a first!) Ok this is how I break down the 5 stars: 1 star for having an arrival window of only 1 hour, (my last guys used to have min 2 hours and would arrive late) and for arriving within the time frame. 1 star for wearing the little booties over their shoes and making sure to clean up properly. 1 star for doing a great job. 1 star for friendly service!

I live on the fourth floor and had trouble finding someone to clean my windows. I called and got an appointment the same week. The two men came in and did a great job cleaning the windows. Plus- it only took about half an hour. I would definitely use Skyway again and recommend them to anyone!

This is a great company. First, I called the phone number and spoke to a nice, polite woman who let me know how the process worked and she gave me a basic quote - which turned to be exactly what I was charged. She was very professional when I called to cancel due to the snowstorm in January and also when I called back to reschedule a week ago.
