Amazing! Mat Tougas arrived at my house on a Friday night at 9:30p after all the 'other' places in town told me they were too busy and couldn't get to drying out my basement until the next afternoon. That would be too late. I found Tougas Mitigation & Restoration on google and I'm so glad I did. Mat is very thorough and described the whole process in detail as he went along. Mat made a not so enjoyable experience much better.

I have told numerous people about him and I definitely will be telling many more, I HIGHLY recommend him. Mat is extremely friendly, like a long lost friend, and is extremely personable! I enjoyed talking sports with him. It is refreshing to find great customer service in a world where it's a dying breed.
