I called these folks as they installed the door, problem is the door catches and goes back up. The repair guy says its a sensor problem. So he greases the door hinges collects his fee, the door still catches and doesn't always go down. Yes the firm is punctual and yes the service person was nice, the fact is the door is still broken. So now I need a firm that listens to the owner and can fix my problem, not one that comes in and does the ole maintenance trick and collects a fee.

Bought our house in 2020. The garage door opener failed. The technician identified the problem immediately (belt drive and pulley) and fixed it. He also showed me how to lubricate the garage door, something that probably had not been done in the 20 years since it was installed (by Roy North). Scheduling was also well done. I got a date, they called early in the day to gave me a 2 hour window. The technician arrived on time. They have been in the business for 50 years. It shows. Excellent service.

Work was performed on time as promised. Installers were professional and efficient. I did require a warranty visit due to a board failure and they were prompt in getting out to remedy the issue. Highly recommend them.

One of the few efficient operations left in 2022! Efficient appointment, efficient technician (Tyler) and efficient repair and new hardware. Showed up right on time and completed the job in less than a half an hour. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a garage door or repair.

Purchased a smart opener from them and while installation went fine, I was advised it was my responsibility to connect to WiFi since they were not responsible to do so. Have tried repeatedly to connect however nothing has worked to date. Called them for guidance but they have no one onboard to help so they gave me phone number to call manufacturer.

As is too frequently the case almost impossible to get a live voice without waiting on phone for 20 minutes. (Their estimated waiting time.) Opener still not fully working and the experience has been very disappointing.

Top notch service, everyone went above and beyond to help me out, even squeezing me in on a full day to accommodate my schedule. The repairs were done quickly and thoroughly, prices were reasonable, and I can use my garage again. Highly recommend this company!

Had the garage door looked at by a competitor, he did not solve the problem but rendered useless theories. Contacted Ray North. service man named Darrell North, came to the house. inspected the door and fittings and indicated the TWO springs replaced a week ago, were the incorrect size and tension. Replace them with red ones, Door closes as smooth as a latte. From now on Ray Mort is the one for me

We had a problem with our garage door remote control. This company was super efficient in making an appointment for service call. Darrin came right on time and rapidly figured out the problem - a faulty ceiling fan remote control on the second floor of our house (it was sending a constant signal strong enough to overpower the garage door opener receiver) - go figure! Anyhow, Darrin was in and out in 10 minutes - problem solved.

And said no charge for something like that - WOW! He recommended every other yr routine maintenance - especially for Sanibel, due to our environment here - which I'm goin to set up ASAP! I highly recommend this company - efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and one of those key characteristics that is getting harder to find: INTEGRITY!

When the garage door's main spring broke mid-morning, we called for help explaining we needed to get the door open.we had an appointment later in the day. Darrin the service tech replaced both springs and serviced the door with a 6-point check.
