Dave Geradine of Expert Home Repairs completely redesigned and renovated my kitchen, bathroom and several bedrooms. There were a number of sub contractors on the project and Dave negotiated their fees, scheduled their work and made sure they properly completed their work. I felt that Dave was truly looking out for my best interests.

David Geradine is a very competent contractor who works efficiently and with good quality - both in workmanship and materials. His estimates are competitive, and he shows up, on time, to do the work as promised. I have had him work inside my home and on my patio. He explains how he will do the projects and does what he promises. He is a good Christian who you can count on.
