The crew showed up on time, even slightly early and they were efficient, quick, quality, etc. throughout the entire process. Both Wes and Adam are great to work with. We used Distinctive Roofing in 2020, prior to the local hail storm that caused damage to many roofs in our area. So, we knew we would be able to trust their advice and that they would stand behind their services. They did not disappoint. We replaced our roof and our gutter system this year and are extremely pleased with the results. There are so many fantastic things about Distinctive Roofing, I can't name them all. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys! I spent so much time researching and meeting with different companies. These guys stood out with their recommendations and their price was excellent. First, the communication was exceptional from beginning to end. Wes came out a couple times before we signed with him to make sure we were all on the same page as to what had to be done and how they were going to accomplish it. Secondly, as any homeowner knows, once you start a project there will always be something unexpected that comes up. (In our case we found some hidden rotted fascia that was in desperate need of repair) Wes, the owner of Distinctive Roofing, treated us the way you expect to be treated as customers.

He did not attempt to jack up the price at all to repair it. He assessed what needed to be done, quickly came up with a plan and then priced it exceptionally fairly. He and Adam, his project manager, went over and above time and time again to make sure the job was done right. My husband and I were continually in awe of the amazing customer service.

You definitely felt like they treated your roof like it was their own. They were going to do it right. The crew that came was phenomenal. They worked so hard and efficiently. We were so impressed by them. They also contracted with Jason at American Guttering to put on our new gutters. Another excellent choice. We are very happy with the job that Wes, Adam and their roofing crew did on our roof replacement. Wes and Adam were instrumental in getting our insurance approval. My family used Distinctive Roofing to tear off and install a new roof on our house as well as on our outbuilding/workshop. Wes and Adam were extremely professional on and off the jobsite and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The crew that was assigned to our house was courteous, professional, and very mannerly. The entire house and workshop roof were torn off and replaced in less than 2 days which was a feat on its own as our house has many peaks and steep inclines.
