BEWARE: This is a dishonest vendor. They will Lie, Cheat and Steal. Apparently they are running a Ponzi scheme and I ended up at the bottom of their pyramid and out $8,000. I will be pursuing this through legal channels to hopefully end his run of victims. You have been warned.

This company is a complete joke. Ever heard of a Ponzi scheme. This might be one. The owner will feed you lots of excuses and no hard times for materials, and now, refunds. They literally steal your money. Look at all the recent reviews. No accountability, just excuses. "Hang in there with us" how about you give me and my family our money back. And not the excuses you're supplying on your FB page. Telling customers you sent money when you didn't.

Short answer, don't do business with them, long answer if you do you'll lose money and time and end up with lies and heartache. Unless you can stand to lose 10,000+ dollars. Which we can't.

We just made and paid for a large order that we did not receive. Called a few days ago to confirm our delivery, no answer, left voicemail, no response. Delivery day and no product and no answer or response from this company. After seeing similar reviews over the last week, we became concerned that they may of gone out of business. Out of our concern we drove to their business in Arlington. It's Friday afternoon, lights on, doors locked, no answer. PLEASE BEWARE!

I wish there was a way to leave a negative review. I have never taken the time to review a business, mostly I have never had to. But this is the exception. Please BEWARE of this company. They will steal from you without a shred of remorse. Running a small fencing company is hard enough, but when you are scammed out of more than 20, 000, it makes it even harder. Paid for material that was ready to ship on Jan 5, since then I have heard nothing from this company other than excuses.

That is, when you can actually reach someone. And that someone is Richard Fish the owner. From there you will hear the same excuse, Covid, or the Flu, or family emergencies or ice storms. Those are all the same excuses we've been hearing since January 5th. We contacted the company who had the materials and were told Fence Supply Online owes them money from previous orders.

They too cannot reach anyone regarding what is going on. From the looks of it, Fence Supply Online has started the business of cut and run. Stealing money from other people and vanishing like a bunch of thieves in the night. I was able to get Richard on the phone after contacting them through Facebook, which I might add, is still posting, but not able to refund its customers, answer questions or pay their bills.

He told me he would automatically refund the money, but again, all you get with Richard Fish and Fence Supply Online is lies, excuses, and wasted time. It's going to be a long legal process to get our money back seeing as this business is in Tarrant County Texas and we're in a different state. But we're going ahead anyway to try and recoup the money and lost wages along with damage to the reputation of business since this company has cost us quite a few jobs, cost us the confidence in our company, and ultimately the ability to provide our customers with fence material that they purchased. Richard Fish is nothing but a con artist who scams small business and is never heard from again. Covid, Flu, Ice storms, Family emergencies are all understandable.but I'm beginning to see that those too are another round of lies to by time on the money they've stolen.

I wish everyone who bought with them a swift and hassle free refund. You may wish to file a police report with your county and Tarrant County where the business is located. You may also want to file with ic3.gov, the better business bureau and also the FTC. You can also file a complain with the Texas State Attorney General. Our business has done all of that.

Also there are several very good attorneys in Tarrant County who can help you try and get your money back. Richard Fish, I'm sorry but I don't wish you anything other than the hours in the day you will need to refund all the people you have scammed.

We were washing our vinyl fences in our community of 682 homes. During the work we noted several caps were broken or missing and we wanted a complete job. I did shopping and noted Fence Supply had the products we needed at the best price. We needed 50 caps - and at the low price decided to purchase 100. Delivery was very fast and our project was completed to everyone's satisfaction.

Beautiful woodwork! The best customer service I have ever encountered! I barely finished typing, before they contacted me and were on top of my problem! Which by the way, happened to be me! Ha ha! I did not see the whole product and they explained to me where it would be. I was not missing a thing! I cannot wait to put the bottom to my porch posts! They are going to be beautiful! I would highly recommend this company!

Great customer service! The order was a drop shipment that arrived in our city and USPS messed up a transfer and sent it back to the manufacturer. I called customer service and they were able to reorder and reship through UPS to get it to us fast. The newel post slip over caps we ordered are beautiful and look incredible with our DIY staircase remodel. The caps and style varieties were hard to find, even online; glad they carry them.

Fair price, great quality, excellent service. I've become a victim of the 'free shipping' myth, so when I realized Fence Supply wasn't offering free shipping, I did the math. Per unit cost, plus per unit shipping cost x the number of units: I was buying at a fair price overall. Plus, no time or fuel wasted in chasing down the product? I'm a happy entrepreneur. We have ordered fences and gates from Fence Supply online three times and we will continue to do so. The first time we ordered 3000 ft of Vinyl fence and gates and we were very happy with choosing this company, not only the service and the thoughts that they put in designing our fences but the quality was very good and so were the prices, the next time we ordered a metal fence about 1500 ft and again they delivered a wonderful quality fence which booth held so good during a very stormy weather.

We are planning to order another as we know they are very reliable and very good prices. I must say that we put fences in different states and everything was delivered on time and we know that at anytime there is a problem they are solving it ASAP. This company is very professional and great costumes service, we highly recommend them.
