Paul was prompt to respond to my initial request for an estimate and when I called him the Saturday before our appointment to express my concern about an issue we were having, he came out with one of his guys on a Sunday to set our mind at ease. He quickly discovered the issue and made the repair. He was professional, left our home neat, and followed up the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions.

My AC was down and the AC people told me it was an electrical problem. Alphatec were able to come out that evening to address the issue. They were able to fix everything and explained the overall problem. Paul and Carlos were courteous, professional and reasonable. I am very happy with their work and would recommend Alphatec to anyone in Palm Beach County in need of an electrician.

Recently Paul Bernstein installed a 3 way switch for me. It involved putting in a new box for the new switch as well as changing the original box to accommodate a larger switch and running new wires through the attic to the new switch. Paul was very professional about his work. He cleaned up all of the mess the job created.
