Keith Silman Painting & Remodeling

I only have good things to say about Keith Silman Painting and Remodeling. I called them after my neighbor hired them to remodel their kitchen and was really impressed with how it turned out. My husband and I called them for our long overdue master bathroom remodeling project as we were just as pleased with our new spa-like retreat. I highly recommend them!

My mother had her kitchen and living room remodeled. The work did not look professional. The crown molding was not caulked. Her vinyl wood floor has gaps which he said he could not do anything about as he had sub contracted the floor out. He rushed his crew to hurry up and finish because he had another job booked. It didnt seem to matter that he put my mom off for over a month.

When she complained about some of the work, he blamed her for adding additional work than what was originally quoted. You would think a professional would just tell someone they could not do the work if they didnt have the time or maybe make the time since she paid him well for his job. He also told her he left her spare paint to do needed touch ups and a sponge to wipe remaining grout off of back splash.

He caulked all the baseboard but refuses to caulk crown, even though there was some of old paint showing. The problems I listed are just some of the many she had. I would not recommend this man to anyone!

Great job, very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Uziah came in to paint and found a part of the wall that had a ridge in it. Instead of just painting over the ridge like the last guy did, he went out to get the supplies to fix the ridge. He even made the texture of the repaired spot match the texture of the wall. He had the skill and integrity to do the job right!

Keith Silman Painting just finished every room in my home with bright paints, Hi Gloss molding and funky strips. They are fabulous! They showed up everyday on time, never left without cleaning up for the day and worked like true pros. We spent a week together.and we'll miss them! The price was competitive and I'm glad we chose Keith Silman Painting in Amarillo, TX for our project.

Keith was efficient and professional. We received a quote within hours and he coordinated the project with the flooring company with no extra costs. His work was detailed and his fees are very fair. I recommend them highly.

These general contractors are also excellent residential roofers! We had hired Keith Silman Painting and Remodeling in the past for storm damage roofing repairs and maintenance but we knew it was finally time for a new roof replacement. When we came to this realization, this company was the logical choice because they had taken care of us so well in the past.

We just called Keith Silman Painting and Remodeling when we needed a residential roofing company to do some storm damage repairs and flood damage restoration after the recent rain and hail storms. Keith and his crew came right out and did a full roof inspection and evaluation and then got to work fixing the roof leaks.

We were scared that we would need a complete roof replacement but luckily this construction company were able to make the necessary repairs, probably saving us thousands!

They did such an expert job that we are planning to call them back to do the room addition my wife has always wanted and the faux interior painting and tile flooring for our bathroom remodel. I also have plans to call out their commercial painting division to do the power washing and exterior painting of my workshop. It's awesome knowing a professional, licensed general contracting company that can handle all of our work and home renovation needs!
