Cabinets Plus went above and beyond to make my closet dreams come true. Marine was the best designer and most helpful in all the details down to the smallest decisions. The delivery was as smooth as can be and everything looks better than imagined. Really happy I went with them. Thank you!

I had 4 closets that we wanted to redo but I wasn't totally sure about the 2 in the kids room due to cost. Andy came to my house and measured everything and let me know it was easier to measure and quote pricing vs coming back. So once we got the quote and we were happy the with design and price we decided to do all of the closets. I was most impressed by their ability to create a custom built in for my very small closet. The initial design drawing looks exactly like the end result. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

So I popped into this place thinking it was a kitchen cabinet store but come to find out they have showroom with media/closet/office. But even with that in mind they owner took the time to treat me like a valued customer and offered to show me pics of his own kitchen expressing his kindness and genuine interest in my project. It was a pleasant surprise to know someone would be so helpful when I was looking in the wrong place at the wrong time. I will tuck his card away in hopes of using him for my future projects. I needed some office cabinets installed quickly. Insults at about half a day which was pretty amazing. From the date I ordered until they installed it was only about three weeks which is so impressive given the delays we see everywhere. Highly recommend. Rihana was great to work with as well!

Great cabinets and price! We had cabinets installed in our garage for about 1/3 the price that Closet World was quoting us. The scheduling was super easy and the designer came out to take measurements within the week. We had the order placed in and they came out 3 weeks later to install the cabinets in about 1-2 hours. Overall, we're very satisfied and happy that we went with Cabinets Plus.

Cabinets Plus was everything you want in a contractor and more. My consultation meeting with Lisa Chambers was simple and quick. She knew what she was doing. She had the answers to my questions before I even thought to ask them. Her design was exactly as promised and not only on time but early to installation. Cabinets Plus gave me a reasonable lead time of six weeks but called me a week to offer me a time slot that was sooner due to a cancelation.

I made a last minute (24 hours prior to installation) change with Lisa on the color of the pulls. She emailed and left a hand written note for the production manager. Not only did I get the proper pulls from the installers but a different Cabinets Plus employee showed up with a set of pulls as well. I was blown away by the thoroughness of their service.

The installers, Carlos and William, were prompt, polite, and clean. There was no evidence a contractor had been to my house accept that we now had new cabinets. This is an A+++ company.

5-stars does not quite capture the type of service and results I got fro m Lisa Evans at Cabinets Plus. My family moved from P A to CA in the winter of 2021 during a pandemic. We bought a beautiful new home and needed to retrofit our garage with built-ins. We received quotes from 3 vendors for this project. Lisa was by far the most pleasant, professional and skillful designer we worked with.

She was always on time, tuned in to our taste and our needs, and gave us a fantastic price. We made some last minute changes and Lisa was accommodating and also nicely advise on guidelines to help us avoid extra charges. WRT schedule, every vendor was at least 12 weeks out because they buy their materials from a 3rd party. Cabinets Plus has the market advantage here because they have their own inventory!

The installation was done on schedule and just pristine! i have since referred Lisa to my friend and my sister and the latter completed an install and is writing an unsolicited review (Lisa is that good!) Lisa, thank you so much for all that you did. This review does not even capture the excellence that delivered to our beautiful home. We will be back. I promise! We had a great experience with Cabinets Plus and our personal designer, Katie Hodges. Katie helped us every step of the way as we designed our space and had cabinets installed in our garage. They are very nice quality and fit exactly as we envisioned. We have a smaller garage and Katie measured and remeasured to ensure they fit exactly as we wanted.

We ended up adding more cabinets afterward and Katie came right back and helped expedite the process. Great job, Katie and thank you to Cabinets Plus. This is the 2nd time we used them and would do so again.

I ordered custom cabinets for my garage and they look great installed. Initially I was told it would take 4-5 weeks, but they were ready in 2 weeks which really helped since the job was complete before I moved in. They also skillfully cut out small sections on the back of the cabinets per my request to allow for an existing electrical outlet and security wiring.

I also had a spontaneous request for the installer, which was unrelated to my order: By chance he had some extra shelving material in his truck and was able to cut me a couple of small replacement shelves for ones that had to be thrown out during a mold remediation project in my bathroom the month before. It made my day since trying to find the right dimensions on Amazon or Home Depot was impossible.

Lisa with Cabinets Plus did an excellent job in designing my closet. I highly recommend them. They used every ounce of space with the highest efficiency, and I still have room to play with.

Katie was very professional and always aimed at saving time and money for us.gave accurate quotes and came up with elegant designs that suited our needs for our cabinets and walk-in wardrobe. She was also open to feedback and quickly incorporated the changes making the entire process smooth and hassle free. The installation was quick and the team took care of the demo stuff. I love this company! I contracted with them in 2011 to install a home office for my husband prior to moving into our new house. They did an amazing job! Then several months later, I contracted with them again to do a home office for me and again, they did an amazing job. Amazing is what they do.! But here's what really made me smile. Fast forward almost 12 years later (January 2022), I stopped in the office to see if they could help me solve a problem.

I had renovated my house and now had 2 areas in my cabinets that needed to be covered caused by a change in baseboards. When I walked in their office and began to explain my issue, two of the office staff immediately got involved in problem solving. Unfortunately, they told me they no longer made my color cabinets, but when they involved a third staff member, he found what I needed - similarly colored strips that could hide the 2 holes. I highly recommend Cabinets Plus for their excellent products and for their outstanding ongoing customer service. Thank you!

They used to be top class but realized they are on the expensive side, and most importantly it's been 4 months since our furniture installation and the wood smells really awful. I'm allergic but the smell in furniture doesn't go away. I'm coughing and struggling while working but don't have an option due to covid. additionally, needed simple fasteners to hide the holes but they totally forgot about it after payments was sent.

I called them multiple times but they were delivered finally after repeated emails and phone calls. They have great reputation of on-time installation. however the cost is on higher side and I'm doubting the quality of their materials.

Came back to "fit it" except they just added another drawer and didn't change out the messed up not matching one! They also didn't address the "jewelry drawer lining" now they have to come back again! Literally the worst

We worked with Katie. She was responsive, thorough and professional. The end result was a beautiful cabinet for my office that you'd never know wasn't built in with the house.

I spent to much time researching and comparing vendors. I just hate getting ripped off. Look no further, save your time, select Cabinet Plus and call the designer, Lisa Evans, 714.856.3700. I will tell you why now. I got confused between this solid company, Cabinets Plus, and the shaddy company, Closet World, with their expert marketing sales techniques and the overpriced California Closet.

I read at least 125 reviews and met with all three co's. I originally called Closet World, signed contract, but I was feeling "sold" and that evening i read their reviews and was absolutely horrified, beyond terrifying and BUYER BEWARE. I exercised the right to cancel within 72 hour law. Now why i liked CP and their installer. Lisa Evans was patient with me.

I had to many questions, and was slow with pulling the trigger. She was honest, she was not trying to upsell me and she was very fair on pricing and made me feel very comfortable. Exceptional knowledge, customer service, and I am glad i selected her for two closets in my house. I learned the installer is the other 1/2 of the puzzle and another A+ report to share. Rafa was a class act. CP you want to retain him.

He is a good man and Rafa thank you for helping me hang the mirror totally out of scope of the work. Hats off to Rafa and Lisa. Rafa has big heart and it shows. ADVICE- I am new to this stuff- I was stupid to have my painter patch all the wholes and paint and what was i thinking. I wasted designer paint and the cost of the painter to do this work.

The closet covered most of the wall and this was on me for not thinking this through. I did not need to patch wholes or paint. Confession to Lisa Evans- I have difficult time saying no to woman. I am in sales and i hate buyers who shop you and grind to bone. I could not say no to the CA Closet installer and let them do my master room. I so over paid and after doing business with CA Closet i was upset at myself.

My ex GF told me about 2 weeks after i signed the CA Closet contract she went with Cabinet Plus as it was significantly less. Both co's were solid on quality but holly molly i would be much happier with $$$$ in my wallet and wish I did CP for all three closets over two. I did not feel ripped off at all with Cabinet Plus but I did with California Closets.

This is total turn key- if i had to do over- just call Lisa, give credit card, not waste one minute thinking if i over paid or got the shaft and the co does what the co does and they do it extraordinary well.

Katie helped us with the detailed design options and has been very upfront abt whats covered and what is not and what my options are- we really enjoyed working with her and i highly recommend her. The whole project was completed on time and exactly as per design spec.

Unbelievable! called last week to request to meet with the designer for cabinets for garage and of course the receptionist who took my info such as name, address, purpose of my call, then scheduled the appointment and told me they would be sending their designer to come to my place for estimate and look at it and i was given of day/time which was last week thursday and guess what? no call, no show. awesome service they provide?. unprofessional and ridiculous that businesses do that.

What an outstanding business! Everyone in the organization was professional and focused on making this project as smooth and pain free as possible. Bill Purvis was our rep., and he was always patient and quick to reply to my many questions. The installers did great. Here's why I went with them: on the morning of the install, the team noticed several blemishes on 4 of the doors so it wouldn't be completed that same day.

They setup an appointment the following week and arrived on time to finish the job. No one tried to pass off defective parts and no one demanded payment before the job was complete to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company!

Don't expect drawers to be the size that was quoted in the estimate. Each drawer has a 4-inch filler all around. For example a drawer quoted at 24 inches wide, will end up being 20 inches of useable space. See my pictures. Also, verify, verify, verify the measurements by your salesperson. My sales person Lisa Evans measured wrong in all 3 of my closet's and now we have a huge gap on the sides.

We specifically told her we wanted to maximize the space and get the biggest drawers in that area. We trusted her to measure it right, but she didn't and now we have a whole lot of wasted space. See my pictures. Oh and they have a no negotiation price policy. For what you pay, I would expect better service and quality measurement. They get two stars because the installers were great and understanding, but there was nothing they could do to make it right.

The cabinet job was difficult due to limited space. The cuts were not done correctly, but they took everything back and made it right. Our designer was Mike and he was professional and efficient. We received complete renderings and designs that included all measurements to help us visualize the final product. We appreciated his willingness and patience with multiple design changes. For excellent service and prices, we highly recommend working with Mike and this company.

After going through a home renovation, it came time to choose a closet system. I set up several at home appointments to meet with various closet companies to assist in design layout, gauge price points based off quality of materials and options. My husband and I are so happy with the service and custom closets we received from Bill Purvis and team of Cabinets Plus. After purchasing a new home, we called a few vendors that all had strong reviews. For the first one, we weren't too thrilled with the design and for another, they didn't have availability to even come measure our space until at least a month out.

There are a number of things we really liked about Bill that made it easy to choose him as our closet designer: 1) prompt communication- he came out just days after my first call and was on time and respectful of covid guidelines 2) his design really listened to our needs. we told him we were on a budget since we just bought a home and had other remodeling to do and he was mindful of trying to save us money. for example, the pull out cabinets are obviously more pricey than open shelves and he recommended just doing mostly open shelves and buying organizers from target. he also suggested a standard 14 inch depth to save us money there. in the end, i did get a couple of cabinets though and they're beautiful.

In the end, our design was functional, practical and we love that we have the ability to change our rods and shelves as our needs change in the future. 3) he was flexible with all our many changes. we must have driven him crazy with all our tweaks but he was always there to listen to our adjustments and make his own recommendations which we appreciated. he even returned our calls promptly on the weekend when we said it wasn't urgent!

In the end, Bill and his team provided us with closets and service that exceeded our expectations. their pricing was competitive and we are super happy with finally having our dream closets. thank you Bill and team!

I hope I could give a zero star on this shop. Let these guys did a total remodel of my existing walk in closet, 6k plus project and I felt I found someone for cheap like $500. Installation guy damaged my wall (got fixed at the end), all my design got messed up by these guys and give me different handles that I ordered. So now my closet looks different than all my other rooms.

And be wear that they will charge you without your confirmation. This is the most scary part and they are doing business in such a dishonest way. They charged my credit card without me saying ok. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I am so surprised this shop can even exists. Understand doing business in 2020 in hard and we should all give some love to local business, but man this is not the one that doing business in a right way. Or maybe they treated their 'real customer' the good way and as I am a minority I am guessing this is what I get. Horrible shop, never go back again.

This is the second home where I have used cabinet plus! They are awesome! Quality work. They never disappoint!

Found this place uninterested in our business. We were at the nearby dump (Builders Surplus) which was a huge disappointment and shocked at how many people go there so we noticed this place as we were looking for a couple vanities for our bathrooms so we popped in. They seem to specialize in office cabinetry and closets but did have some vanities and in a contemptuous way pointed to where they were located.

They had a small collection and even if I found one we really liked I wasn't buying it from the lady who could GAS about our business. I would look elsewhere at a company who isn't rude and has a better selection.

We've worked with Andy to design closets for our closet, office, and garage. He was excellent in taking measurements and designing the actual pieces. We are satisfied with the style, quality, and service. Very affordable as well!

We are worked with Andy Edward to design our garage and bedroom closets and could not be happier. Andy was very diligent in his measurement and designs and the units came out perfect! We compared Cabinets Plus to California Closets, who we had used before and were pleased that we could save money and have a quality product, made down the street from our home! Our garage storage units are a highlight of our home and my husband's favorite!

I contacted Cabinets Plus after getting three quotes from other companies: Closets by Design, Closet world and Container store. I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday yet Lisa Evans (consultant) had an earlier appointment open up and came in in Friday. Lisa Evans was prompt and professional with creating a design in the small space for my fiance and I within our budget.

The quotes we received from this company were comparable to the other companies (that is with the other companies 50% off discount and installation fees). We ultimately went with this company because of the good reviews, sturdier product, I didn't feel pressured by Lisa Evans, and they have a 15 year warranty vs the standard 7 year warranty that comes with other companies.

We placed our deposit two days later and scheduled our delivery for 7 weeks later (that was the soonest, unfortunately). I had a few concerns regarding cables and shelving (as you can see in photos) in my closet which Lisa Evans was able to notify the installers about. My installers Hector and David called me at 8:30am to let me know they were on their way for their 9:00am installation and arrived early.

They completed the install in about 2.5 hours. They were completely thorough, professional, friendly and were mindful not to leave a mess behind. If you are looking to get more space out of your closet, I encourage you to call Lisa Evans directly to get all set up 714-856-3700.

Showroom and customer service was excellent from everyone there. Met Guy and he showed us some examples of exactly what we were looking for. Guy then came out to our house to measure and design the space. A couple of weeks later the installers came and did a phenomenal job. From start to finish everything was great. Communication, understanding what the customer wants and providing exactly what is expected all the way through the process was perfect. I highly recommend Cabinets Plus and Guy. I will use them again in the future for sure!

The salesman was great. The installers were on time, very nice guys, very efficient. The entertainment center looks great.
