I live in Lansing, MI and I've used ArborLawn for 3 years now and I've been very impressed with the both the service and how my lawn looks. Over the last couple of years my lawn is looking much better than it did before and so I'm definitely planning on using them again this year. Last season they got a late start because of the whole virus shutdown situation, but once they were able to come out, they took care of all the early season weeds that had popped up.

If you are considering a lawn service, I would highly recommend ArborLawn. I also have them treat for grubs and spray for mosquitoes which has worked out very well. Sorry for the long review, but they deserve it! 5 stars.

I live in Jackson and had problems with my grass having brown spots and dying. I asked Jed if it was a fungus or disease and he said no the grass is dormant from the heat and told he I think there is could he come and look at it and never showed. I called the main office in Lansing and left a message, no one seemed to care either no returned my call. I guess they just sell you lawn treatments without any knowledge of what your lawn needs are?

We are long time customers. The person comes to put the treatment on the lawn does a good job. I just called Customer Service to find out how long before I can let my dog on the grass. Excellent all the way. I recommend this Company.

Be wary, they bill for non and poor performance and when you discover and dispute and ask for a manager, they do not get back with you and send you to collections. Not a way to run a business nor keep customers.
