Covid caused a delay but this was not a fault of Sunroom Express. They did everything they could to get this installed as quickly and professionally as they could. It is up and looks fantastic. We had a very small leak at the first rain and they came back promptly to fix it without any challenges. The install crew were proffessional and courteous.
Appreciate all they did to fit our needs into this install. They recommended ideas on how we could add to this at a later date. I highly recommend working with Barry and his team to install your screen room.

Nicest people you will ever meet. Realized after several months that they couldn't help us with replacing a porch screen door and their main focus is customers with bigger jobs. Would be good to know that up front. They are very busy and understaffed like everyone else. Apparently, the wholesalers could not get them the products they ordered for months so we had to go elsewhere. Was very professional about it and would consider them if we ever decided to add on a sunroom.

We had Sunrooms Exp convert our screened porch over to their 4 tier vinyl windows and a cabanna door. Barry came out and measured and quoted or project. Windows were ordered and they came out the day they came in an installed and completed the project in one afternoon. Everyone at Sunrooms Exp Knoxville were great to work with, and they look great. Highly recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with our new screen room and deck! Barry was able to fit us in sooner than expected, and the team finished the deck and the room promptly and did an excellent job. We've been enjoying both the room and the adjoining deck, and can't wait to have the neighbors over for BBQ. One of our neighbors saw the quality of the work, and has already hired Sunrooms Express to build her a deck and screen room similar to ours.
The room is not your typical screen room, they use all premium, upgraded materials - and it shows. We're glad we made this improvement to our home and are going to enjoy entertaining outside for many years to come. Thank you Barry and all of the pro's at Sunrooms Express!

We had our sunroom built 2 years ago, and it has been wonderful to use, and looks like new still. Our daughter bought a new house, and called Sunrooms to enclose her patio area. They told her about a new screen that keeps out pollen and rain. So she had them call us, and at a very reasonable cost, Barry offered to redo our screen with the new ones. Love it! Great workmanship and wonderful service. Best sunroom builders in the county!

We interviewed 4 potential contractors for our desired sunroom addition. Far and away Barry was on top of the pack. He was the only one that was able to sit down and give me a detailed estimate on the spot, everyone else had to go back to their office and develop it. Clearly demonstrated he knows the business inside out.

Barry was very professional and brought plenty of pictures and material along with him. He was very personable. I am still trying to decide about the work being done. The pricing was more expensive than I expected. I have not forgotten about the idea. He was not pushy and he also contacted me immediately after inquiring online
