Used this company to clean a number of items including rugs, sofa, stairs and carpets. Business was responsive, affordable and on time. Service was done quickly and efficiently and used steam only (at our request). Owner was able to pivot and add more items on site at my request. Will use them again.

They did a very rushed job and at the end of it, the house didn't look like the carpets were clean. Radiant cleaning was in and out of the whole house in just over an hour as if they were in a hurry to get to their next call. There were some rooms that looked clean but only because they were freshly cleaned and still wet but just after the next few days the dirty spots started to surface again revealing how superficial the cleaning was.
It wasn't as if the carpets in the house were very dirty but when asked why the carpets weren't cleaner they had a justification for everything and claimed that they were old and nothing more could be done to clean them - not a very satisfactory service.

After reading great reviews I had high hopes for this cleaning service. While they were responsive, the job done was sub-par. I had one room, stairs and hallway/landing cleaned. They were in and out in 15minutes. The carpet on the stairs is wet and maybe surface clean BUT carpet is still matted down. I have had other carpets cleaning services and at the end of 60minute service they look clean and 'refreshed' not matted. When I requested more to be done I was told there is nothing that can be done, which is not my previous experience.

This is the second time I've used this service to clean my carpets. Sidney is responsive and efficient. I got an appointment quickly. He took care of making sure he was able to get the job done without disruption of any of my belongings. I also had him clean my upholstery. Everything looked great when he was done and was in and out quickly. I will definitely use him again.

I've used this company once before. I contacted them about 6:30 am and they were able to clean my carpets around 2:00 same day. The carpets came out really nice. I was considering replacing them but they look so clean and fresh I definitely do not need to replace! And they are as equally very nice! Highly recommend.

I called Radiant about 2 weeks ago to get a quote. I called the typical competitors (Kennedy and Stanley), but avoided Sears as they're practically out of business anyway. Radiant not only gave me the best price, but also came out the very next week. Sidney, the owner, steam cleaned carpets in 2 rooms, 6 area rugs, and a sofa. He was on time and was able to get everything cleaned very quickly.
I spoke to Sidney at the end of the job and I can say he's courteous, professional, and respectful. I'm a big fan of using small/local businesses, and I'm very happy to have found Radiant Cleaning.

What a pleasure to do business with Sidney. Confirmed the delivery time and called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Why would anybody do business elsewhere when they make you wait a few hours. Took out EVERY SINGLE STAIN from my 10 year old carpet. I can't believe I waited 10 years to clean these carpets and will now do them at least once a year. Do yourself a favor and mark Sidney on your calendar a year out and have him do it again. He also does tiles etc. Real reasonable prices.

I hired Radiant to clean the carpet in my den before I got my new sofa delivered. It was very quick and easy to schedule a time. The price was comparable to other services in the area, and Sidney was very responsive. It only took a few minutes and afterward my carpet looked new. I don't have a before picture, but I have an after picture.

I needed my carpets cleaned so I called Radiant and got an appointment the very next day. I was surprised at the speedy service. Sidney showed up on time and did a great job! My carpets never looked so good. Sidney was very efficient and easy to work with. He did both my roooms in less than an hour. Great job. Would highly recommend him.

Sidney the owner of Radiant Cleaning Service is excellent. We had a closet installed in our bedroom and the installers never took off their shoes or put down drop cloths and so by the time the work was completed, my carpets were filthy. I was so upset. I found Sidneys company, Radiant, on yelp and called him. He answered my call and made an immediate appointment to come clean my bedroom carpet.
Although it wasn't a big job, he was more then happy to help us with this problem. He showed up on time and did a perfect job. I will definitely be using him in the future for cleaning jobs that come up in our home. He is a very nice and honest business owner. Thank you Sidney!

Sidney was great! He called when he was on his way, which was great for a busy mom running around. His price was really reasonable and his work was great. We just purchased a new house and the carpet was in need of a good cleaning. Sidney did his best to get out the few stains on the carpet and tit looked absolutely great. We just moved into a new home that the previous owners left in a very dirty state. All three bedrooms and closets needed to be cleaned. Sidney was quick to respond to my request for a quote and scheduled service for the same week. He was much more affordable than large companies and more personable. Sidney did a wonderful job steam cleaning our basement carpet and cleaning our couch. He was able to work with my schedule (responded to my inquiry right away) and was in and out of the house in less than an hour, leaving everything cleaned thoroughly. The carpet had several stains and he was able to remove them all. The couch (which is the place our dog spends most of her time) was looking clean and smelling fresh. Highly recommend!

Sidney was great. We just bought a new house and one of the bedrooms had an ancient, astonishingly stinky carpet. The carpet *reeked* before he got there and now it smells new. There were ancient stains in it I thought were permanent, but they're faded or gone now too. He answered all of our questions quickly, was very polite, he got the job done, and his rate was reasonable.
