My floor looks very good, however we discovered a hole in it behind the refrigerator. We still needed to connect the water line behind the refrigerator which we told the guy before he left.and was told it was okay to pull it forward and backwards only, but even before we did that we noticed a hole that was already there. We have called at least 5 times now just to be told someone will call us to come back out to repair it.

We have made it clear that this was something we had to wait to get done because of major health issues and to be honest it was something we kinda needed to uplift our spirits again after being back and forth in the hospital.not to mention that it cost us a good penny (that we saved for) to get this done.especially in these times. We called immediately as soon as they said they were done to settle our bill in full.hassle free.

We are not those people, but to not get a response and be ignored is kind of hurtful, unprofessional, and was very unexpected. I'm not sure who we have to be or where we needed to live in order to be treated properly. Our money is as good as anyone else's not to mention that we worked really extremely hard to earn it and made a decision to use this service.

We researched out this service since September of 2021 (for 8 months). just to decide on your company and for this to happen hurts. It may seem like nothing to you, but we don't have money to throw away. We are respectable people that work hard for everything we have.it would be really nice to get the respect back that we deserve. We been waiting for a month to here back from your company.

We are nice people. would it hurt to be nice in return? Isn't that customer service? Ted was outstanding and took his time with us in the store. The men that came out were even nice. We just want the job to be flawless, like anyone else would who just got a service done. That's all

Carpet Factory Outlet is a fantastic amazing store, it's their people that help make them number 1, people like Ted Carr who helped us find an amazing plush carpet for our master bedroom, Ted was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in selecting the perfect color and style carpet we wanted, Ted was able to accommodate us with an install date we needed on a short notice.

When John showed up to install it, I thought, how is this one guy going to install 40 yards of carpet by himself, let me tell you, John did a fantastic amazing job, he was friendly, neat and Handled my 3 pups with care, we highly recommend and will absolutely use Carpet Factory Outlet again and suggest them to everyone.!

Honestly, worst place ever.my father passed away the night before i had my daughter and i was already a mess. Talked to nick when i took the drive w/ my 6 kids in tow including my 8 day old bc my husband was busy working on the house & told me to grab a quote. I asked nick if they had to go out & measure he thought about it a minute and said sure.

They had someone come out to measure and said those were the same measurements. Ted called me back & quoted $250 more. I asked where the discrepancy was & he was infuriated w me & told me to have my husband send him his measurements (even though they were the same as morgans) then changed his mind & said forget it I'll just refund you your deposit since you're questioning my honesty. Wow!

Not sure where that came from?! I was shocked by the lack of professionalism from just a question i had he couldn't answer truthfully and had zero mannerisms and patience. Guy was a serious jerk after everything I'm going through & actually made me cry. never will give him our business and will let everyone else know my experience!

This will be the only place I ever go for carpet or flooring! I can't recommend them enough! Sales consultant was extremely friendly, polite & helpful. Was accurate & true to their quote. No additional charges or hidden fees. Was able to get everything installed the following week after the quote. Quality surpassed our expectations.

We purchased our basement carpet from them. They had a nice selection of in-stock carpet. Staff was friendly. They were able to schedule the install pretty quickly after we purchased. The installers made quick work of the project and did a great job.

I just replaced all carpeting on my first floor with vinyl plank. Turned out beautiful. Thanks!

We have used Carpet Factory Outlet on different occasions. Recently We had gone in for a smaller job. We had our stairs re carpeted. We had a deposit from quite some time back and when we went in the guys were all so very helpful. As I said it was a small job but the quality of carpet, service and efficiency was HUGE. I find it so great to see businesses where the owners are there not hiding in some back office.

When you walk in the shop is basic carpet rolls all over. But it is quality carpeting without the ridiculous pricing of some carpet shops in town. The installation went without a hitch and installers were great (cleaned up after the job). I won't go anywhere else if I need flooring in the future.

It's nice being able to see large rolls of carpet to help visualize it in a room. There are no carpet sample patterns with like 12 on it to take home (and then have to return), instead they cut samples directly from the rolls and let you take the samples home. Good prices. Down to earth sales man / owner. Open 7 days a week!

Great helpful staff. No sales pressure as they understood we're in the planning stages for flooring upgrades and they gave us good info for a future purchase.

I was having a basement remodeled and the remodelers suggested I go to Menards for the dura ceramic flooring I wanted because a floor store would charge me a lot. I did go to Menards seen what I wanted but then it was suggested to me to check out carpet factory outlet.

WOW! I looked for carpet at various Carpet Stores and Big Box Stores and just got more confused! I walked into Carpet Factory Outlet and I saw what they had, I told them my room size and they provided me with a quote.

This place is amazing. If you want carpet, this is the place. Best service I have found and reasonable prices.

Just order carpet for our living room from here yesterday! They were willing to work within our budget, had a super friendly staff and were able to install it two days later! Would highly highly recommend to anyone in the market for great quality carpeting at a great price!
