My house flooded and they were honest about their schedule but came ahead of time and got right to work. They are reliable and hard working. I've used them 3 times now and I've never had any disappointments or complaints. There's no doubt who I call if I need help with water damage.

I called Andrews Carpet Cleaning after another local company cancelled on me at the last minute. We had sold our house and part of the contract stipulated that we had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Mark with Andrews Carpet moved some things around on his schedule and managed to get us scheduled the same day I called. The technician, Daniel, did a great job and even found a pair of fake pearl earrings that one of my daughters had "lost". He left them on top of the invoice on my countertop. Thank you to Andrews Carpet for helping me out. I highly recommend.

I have 3 year old twins and light colored carpets which means we have terrible stains constanly. Andrews Carpet cleaning has come out on 3 separate occasions and every time Im amazed that it's the same carpet. Always friendly and professional and very quality work. Couldn't be happier with their performance.

Being new to the area, as of November, and purchasing a pre-owned home, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. Not knowing anyone I could count on for recommendations, I tried one company and only let him work on 2 rooms, small bath & a hallway. He was here for over four hours. He not only left the existing stains in the carpet but added new stains that weren't there before, & my carpet was still wet 3 days later.

To make a long story short, he claimed that was the bestit would get because of the condition. I wasn't convinced of that because of having owned previous pre-owned homes with pretty dirty carpet. I firmly believe he, his chemicals & equipment were the problem. Needless to say, I didn't call him back to clean any additional rooms, but decided to continue the search.

Today at 10:50, I had a carpet cleaning company, Andrews Carpet Cleaning, that seemed to have a magic wand. All the stains that the previous cleaner claimed wouldn't come out, disappeared.and they cleaned four rooms, a small bath & hallway and were finished by 12:15.which validated that my carpets weren't the problem, the previous cleaner was the problem.

I want to commend the two young me, Daniel & Nate. These two young men represented themselves as if the company was their own, which spoke highly of the company itself. Daniel brought to my attention the needed cleaning of our tile floors & when questioned about our damaged wood floors, Nate offered recommendation on referral for repairs & information about other tile we are considering using to replace all the flooring throughout the home and advised me that Andrews also had flooring, so we will check them out for our new flooring when ready to purchase.

Both young men were very helpful & knowledgeable about what they discussed with us & very polite & professional. No comparison between the first company and Andrews Carpet. Andrews will be my "Go To" company in the future. Thank you Andrews Carpet for the excellent service your company provides.

Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. I received a great quote, and was able to set up service immediately. The carpets all looked beautiful and clean after the appointment. The cleaning time was also really quick, roughly 45 minutes for four bedroom home. The only reason I selected four stars instead of five is because unfortunately one room still smelled strongly of cat pee from the previous homeowner's live in pet.

This obviously is related to the concentration of pee that probably got into the pad and couldn't be drawn out, likely nothing Andrew's could have done. Great experience, wonderful customer service! Would use again and recommend.

Love these guys! They take great care to do a good job, and aren't satisfied until you are! I highly recommend them and will no doubt be using them again.

Andrews was here to clean my tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms. The cleaners were prompt, polite, did good work and then carefully put the furniture back. I've used Andrews for carpet cleaning several times, but this was my first experience with cleaning the tile. I'll be asking them again the next time it's needed.

The Andrews cleaning staff is awesome! They are always on time with friendly smiling faces. My company has used them for over a year and we could not be more pleased. Haley and Jessica keep up the good work.

This review is on integrity. My little baby won a cutest baby prize($100) from their company. Even though I don't live in the Tyler area to redeem the winnings they offered, without me having to ask, a gift certificate to Toys R Us. They didn't have to do that but of their own accord their integrity speaks volumes. If you value integrity in a small business use these folks.

I called Andrews Carpet Cleaning for a couple of rooms that needed cleaning. I had a few spills and carpet was ok condition. They sent Taylor and Danielle over and they showed up quick! Very clean cut and professional. Asked them a lot of questions and they knew all of them! really helpful! Also got all of the stains out and informed me of other services they do! Thanks guys, will be using yall from now on!

The carpet cleaners were nice enough to wait an hour for me because I brought the wrong key with me to the house I was having them clean. They did a great job and I use the professionally at my workplace as well. Their prices are awesome as well. All other places quoted me almost double what Andrew's did, for less services rendered.

We have 2 pets and you can imagine the stains those 2 can make, especially since they are indoor/outdoor pets. Andrew's technicians made our house look pet free, lol. I have an antique chair that was handed down to me from my mother's side, they treated it with delicate care and consideration. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of floor or upholstry cleaning done in their home or business.
