Total Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is a locally owned and operated minority corporation that is located in Mason. We hold several certifications including MBE and EDGE and we are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Northeast Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. Our company was founded by two local gentlemen who were tired of the way that the local franchise janitorial services were handling their customers.

They teamed up together and Total Maintenance Solutions was born. Total Maintenance Solutions only has one location and we do not offer franchises. This is to insure that every customer receives the same professional, personalized service that has made Total Maintenance Solutions what it is today.

Jacob was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had a few old stains and some pet damage and he worked and worked until both were brand new again. My carpet looks new again and my home smells clean and fresh. I can't say enough great things about this company- definitely will use in the future.

On Time and the Gentleman was outstanding in his knowledge of cleaning the carpet as well as my responsibilities to keep it clean. He walked into introduced himself then proceeded to the areas needed to be cleaned and started the job with enthusiasm and his skill.
